Material & labour for coloured glazed ceramic tile in vertical surfaces of size 300 x 600 and 9 or 10 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tile, over with and including 10mm thick rendering as backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) for receiving of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for fornodo grey light external main entrance wall tiles size 300 x 600 and 9 to 10 mm thick random pattern set and neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tile with and including 10mm thick rendering as backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) for receiving of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc.,) sheets in roof covering, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix, 0.50 mm thick pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of an having colour on exterior side tensile strength of 550MPA as in roof covering/cladding to walls fixed with self tapping screws including cyclone resistant washers etc., complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.007 above but plain sheet as in ridges.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulations, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ ceiling of any thickness, including cover fillets and frame, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing and fixing for 10 mm thick plaster of Paris ceiling including 12mm thick gypsum board fixed with screws as per manufacturers instructions and including GI frame work over complete smooth finishing and also required as per site any sunk or raised moulding complete all as specified and directed.
