OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES WITH ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT CAPACITY OF 9.5 MLD SHIKARGARH, SPH-7, ECO LAKE AND OTHER CONNECTED WKS IN ARMY AREA JODHPUR

Manning and operation of sewage treatment plant (STP) based on FAB technology having capacity 2 X 4.75 MLD round the clock in three shifts of 8 hours each ( 3 shifts - 1 FGM and 01 helper per shift, 01 Shifts- 1 Electrician in Gen shift, 02 Shifts- 01 Sweeper, including sunday and hoilday, Shift timings 0600 hrs to 1400hrs, 1400 hrs to 2000hrs and 2000hrs to 0600hrs. General shift means 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs and cleaning the permises of plant by up rooting grass and bushes and make hygenic state of plant. The plant having following Equipments/Machine:-(i) Sewage main receiving sump with non clog submersible pump of cap 28 HP -06 Nos (ii) Fluidized Aerobic Bioreactor (MBBR process) including media- 04 Nos (iii) Blower with Motor 60 HP - 4 Nos (iv) (iv) Clarifloculator with accessories -2 Nos (v) Chlorine contact tank (CCT) -01 Nos(Primary, secondary & tertiary treated water tank ) (vi) Clear water tank with submersible pump cap 50 HP-2 Nos for lifting of tertiary treated water to Eco Lake. (vii) Sewage thickner (viii) Sewage Centrifuge plant with 3 HP pumps -2 Nos (xi) Pressure filtration plants with sand and aggregate filter media 02 Nos and Activated carbon media 02 Nos with 10 HP centrifugal pumps-03 Nos (x) DG Set 160 KVA -01 Nos (xi) LT Panel indoor/outdoor type with accessories -04 Nos (xii) Trolley mounted mud pump with accessories -01 No (xiii) Centrifugal pump 5 HP -01 No (xiv) Submersible Centrifugal pump 10 HP -03No (xv) Chemical dozing pumps with accessories - 04 Nos (xvi) Electrical control panel with sequence logic controller. (xvii) Site lab with apparatus & all accessories shall be repaired/maintained by the contractor. (xviii) Operator should operate and maintain the suction and delivery valve as per standard SOP. Note:- (i) The Contractor will ensure that operating staff at STP should have sound knowledge of operating various pumps, starters(star delta & soft any type with sequencial logic of operational & control) and panels. Shall be verified for their proper knowledge before they are allowed to work. Any person provided at STP if found having lack of adequate knowledge of his job or performance of individual if found unsatisfactory, will be removed from the STP without notice or intimation by the department. (ii) Complete plant in working condition shall be handed over to the contractor at the time of comencement of work and contractor will return the same in working condition after completion of contract period. (iii) The Service provider will ensure proper reqd dose of chemicas to raw sewage and treated water with bacteria chemicals/poly electrolite/chlorine /Bleaching powder/Alum/ at required quantity as designed. The contractor will arrange safety equipment for the persons operating dozing plant without any extra cost to the department. (iv) The operator will check chlorine level at clear water reservoir after every hrs and record the result in the register. The register will be put up to JE on every morning and to Engr-in-Charge on every friday of the week. (v) The hygenic condition will be maint in the installation. (vi) Operator will do greasing of the moving parts wherever required and contractor will arrange items reqd for cleaning ( Like broom, brushes, etc) at own cost without any extra cost to the department. (vii) The operator/ electrician will ensure proper running of DG set, pump sets and routine check up of coolant, Engine oil and battery condition and stator connection/contactor, relay/timer etc complete. (viii) The contractor will provide proper uniform to the operators during duty hrs. (ix) In case of any problem notice at installation during shift duty hrs the same will be informed to JE/Engr-in-charge. (x) Registers of chemical dosing, Hrs run of DG and plant runing records shall be maintan on log sheet, Log sheets as per approved performa of Engineer in charge will be provided by contractor and entered and submitted to AGE E/M-II Office for record. (xi) Schedule "B" store i.e DHPP and OMD shall be provided by the department and same will collected from AGE E/M fuel store as directed. (xii) Contractor will provide attendance register from date of commencement of work and signature of supervisory staff shall be obtained on daily basis. (xiii) Contractor should maintain the complete area for plantation/greenery keeping it neat & clean to maintain eco friendly environment. If any required new plants contractor should be provided with out any extra cost and complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (xiv) Due to any inspections of STP, contractor should be responsible to layout of all display boards & tables and complete area cleaning without any extra cost and complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (xv) Contractor should be responsible to maintain cleaning quarterly of plant all sumps except receiving and FAB's scraping walls, removing sludge with all safety equipments/features without damages and any extra cost complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (xvi) Contractor should be resposible for maintaining the test register of TDS, Do, PH, Residual chlorine of Primary,secondary, tertiary water with the help of digital meters. ( PH, Do, TDS meters will be provided by contactor) (xvii) Testing of STP effluent (Raw sewage) and treated water shall be carried out for pH, TS, SS, TDS, BOD, COD, DO, Temp, chlorine, chlorine demand, mixed liquor,Total suspended solids(TSS), mixed liquor suspended solids(MLSS) and sludge volume Index. (List attached for test carried out from a reeputed firm/lab ), as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (xviii) Operator should operate and maintain the suction and delivery valve as per standard SOP. (xix) Sundry items of repair like lugs, terminal blocks, peice of wire, grease, oil etc shall be deemed inclusive in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Manning and operation of Sewage Pumps 12.5/7.0 HP 4 Nos in various sewage wells and Arboriculture Pumps at Pump house No.7,5,1& 2 in Shikargarh Army Area, 8 hours each 1 shift for 1 Operator/FGM including sunday and hoilday and cleaning the permises of Pump house by up rooting grass and bush and hygenic state to PH. The PH having following Equipments/Machine:-(i) Non clog sewage submersible pump 12.5 HP-04 No, (ii) Treated water Submersible pump 50/10 HP- 02 Nos (iii) Indoor/outdoor LT Panel - 5 Nos (iii) DG Set 1 No Note :- (i) The contractor will provide proper uniform to the Staff . (ii) In case of any problem noticed at installation, the same will be immediately informed to the JE (E/M)/AGE E/M-II/GE. (iii) The operator will ensure proper running of DG set, pumps and routine checkup of water level, oil level, battery condition etc and Operator will perform duty as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (iv) Log sheet as per proforma provided by office for DG Set and Pumps will be provided by the Contractor and operator will ensure maintaining of log sheets on daily basis and submit the same to concerned JE at the end of each month. (v) Complete DG set, pumps in working condition shall be handed over to the contractor by the Department at the time of commencement of work and same will be returned by the contractor in working condition on completion of contract. (vi) Proper hygiene condition will be maint by the operator in the installation. (vii) Schedule B store i.e. DHPP and OMD shall be issued from the Store of AGE E/M-II under GE(A) Utility as directed (viii) Contractor will maintain the complete area as neat & clean and eco friendly environment. (viii) Operator should operate and maintain the suction and delivery valve as per standard SOP. (ix) Sundry items of repair like lugs, terminal blocks, peice of wire, grease, oil etc shall be deemed inclusive in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Manning and operation of Eco Lake and OHT at Old Shikargarh round the clock in 2 shifts of 8 hrs ( 2 shift -1 FGM and 2 Shift- 1 Valve man) including sunday and holiday and cleaning the permises of suround of Eco Lake & Pump House by up rooting grass and bush. The PH having following Equipments/Machine:-(i) Aerators -03 Nos (ii) Treated water Submersible pump 50 HP- 02 Nos (iii) Indoor/out door LT Panel - 5 Nos (iv) DG Set 100 KVA- 1 No (v) Arboriculture & Stn Fire fighting Point Centrifugal Pumps- 04 Nos and operate the valves inlet & outlet for the filling of OHT Old Shikargarh and supply of water to the troops time as desired by the department including cleaning of premises of OHT by cutting grass complete and maintaing hygiene and sanitation including maintain the record of chlorine test as per department requirement/direction and operate valves of arboriculture and filling the underground/over head sumps near Eco lake,Golf,Hamid Bagh,SDS, SSE. Note :- (i) The contractor will provide proper uniform to the Staff . (ii) In case of any problem noticed at installation, the same will be immediately informed to the JE (E/M)/AGE E/M-II/GE. (iii) The operator will ensure proper running of DG set,pumps and routine checkup of water level, oil level, battery condition etc and Operator will perform duty as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (iv) Log sheet as per proforma provided by office for DG Set and Pumps will be provided by the Contractor and operator will ensure maintaining of log sheets on daily basis and submit the same to concerned JE at the end of each month. M & L for Chemical and bacteriological tests of raw sewage and treated water in Govt approved Lab in every 15 days for E-Coli, Coliform, B O D, C O D,TSS,MLSS,VLSS,Chlorine demand of water with all other parameters as per sub point - xv of srl item No. 01.

Supply and mixing of sodium hypochloride solution (6% concentration) for water treatment. Make : Birla Chemicals, Thermax, Sumit Chemtex.

Supply and cleaning of equipments & dual media at STP using Hydrochloric acid (30% Concentration) Make : Birla Chemicals, Sumit Chemtex, Jyoti Chemicals.

Supply and mixing of cationic / anionic / non-ionic (as directed by Engineer-in-Charge) Poly electrolyte (100% Concentration) tech grade suitable for floculater of waste water treatment plant. Make : Numatic Engineer Pvt Ltd, Thermax, Birla group of Chemicals.

Supply and mixing of Ferric alum, tech grade 98.8% pure suitable for treatment of waste water. Make : Thermax, Shree Ram Chemicals, Envirotech Enterprises.

Supply and mixing of Eco Clean 2300,herbal waste water cleaning reagent. Make : Ecko Health pvt ltd, Calacasa India Ltd., Thermax.

Supply and mixing live bacteria to suitable to STP for Bio rich booster STP stabilizer. Make : Bioculture, Enviro Engr, Ambica Biotech, Enviro chem Engr.

Supply and mixing anti foaming agent /defoaming agent for suitable to STP Make : Suganj, Nova Poly Chem, Chemitex India

Supply and mixing deodorizer eco friendly solution to suppress the bad smell from eco lake and STP Make : VS Envirotech, Shree Ram Chemicals, Shri Krishna Chemicals

Material and labour for refilling overhauling and replacement of Filter Media of 1No x sand and 1No x carbon filetr vessels at STP including Performing the following: -(a) Unloading of exhausted Carbon media and Anthracite & Silica from the sand and carbon filter vessel with proper care (b) Thorough cleaning and scraping inside the existing sand & carbon Filters vessel properly including painting with two coats of anticorosive black bituminous paint inside and out side of the filter shells with two coats of anticorrosive/ Red oxide etc. (c ) fixing new strainer Pipes as per existing (d) filling of new Activated Carbon media and Anthracite & Silica in to the carbon and sand filter vessel. (e) Re-Commissioning and testing of the existing filter plant by the reputed service Engineer all as directed after completion of work.

M & L for taking out old damaged dual media from FAB-1 to FAB-4 and removing from site. Supply and filling small polypropylene element black in colour cylindrical 20mm dia,15mm height with inside fins suitable for sewage treatment. Make Cooldec/MM Aqua or equivalent as approved by GE.

Material and labour for cleaning of FAB,sweeping and taking out sludge in consolidated position from FAB sump upto depth not exceeding 15 mtr including cleaning of internal wall surface and floor throughly to made it free from dirt by scrubbing and washing accumulated materials with water, including cleaning of suction lines inside wet sump and removing from site etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge at site. Note : Necessary safety equipment such as hand gloves, mask belt with rope and other safety items and any kind of risk during lifting of sludge will be sole responsibility of the contractor .

Cleaning main receiving sump of 9.5 MLD STP at main receiving sump by choak /diversion of the main receiving line and draining out water with the pump/motors of any capacity and quantity water to be drain out to existing nearby oxidation pond by pumping, the quantity of water to be drain out not less than 9.5 MLD and sweeping out accumulated sludge, dirt of any kind from the bottom of the sump, removing the same from STP to a place as directed in the enclosed body vehicle and including scrubbing walls with steel scrubber applying necessary anti oxidant chemicals(with proper safety arrangement to the workers) and including arrangement of suction pump /sweepers for lifting sludge and Preparation to surfaces of walls, grills with paint remover, scrapper and fine Emmery paper and painting with two coats of synthetic enameled paints complete all as directed by Engineer- in - Charge.The complete job will be finished within 06 Hours on the same day.

Dewatering ,sweeping and taking out sludge in consolidated position from sumps/tanks upto depth not exceeding 15 mtr including cleaning of internal wall surface and floor throughly to make it free from dirt by scrubbing and washing accumulated materials with water, including cleaning of suction lines inside wet sump and removing from site upto 3KM etc complete all as directed at site. Note : (a) the contractor should be responsible for provision of all safety equipments during the work i.e. hand gloves, mask, belt with rope etc and the Job should be done within supervision of contractor/ supervisor of the contractor. (b) Any kind of hazard taking place during this job, the department will not be held responsible for the same.
