Outsourcing of services for routine maintenance and operation of DG sets at NOIC, Madhuravoyal, NCB & NSD, in shifts of 8 hours, including Sundays and holidays, by employing Skilled operators for operating the DG sets including attending telephonic complaints, maintaining necessary records and documents, complete all as specified and directed:- Note: Skilled operators per day as decided by the Engineer-in-charge, in any shift as per site requirement, shall be deployed by the contractor and accordingly the duty roaster to be submitted by the contractor before commencement of each month. Details of shift for deployment of operators shall be given by Engineer-in-Charge.

Outsourcing of services for routine maintenance and operation of DG sets at NOIC, Madhuravoyal, NCB & NSD, in the following shifts of 8 hours each, including Sundays and holidays, by employing Semi skilled operators for operating the DG sets including attending telephonic complaints, maintaining necessary records and documents, complete all as specified and directed:- Note: Semi-skilled operators per day as decided by the Engineer-in-charge, in any shift as per site requirement, shall be deployed by the contractor and accordingly the duty roaster to be submitted by the contractor before commencement of each month. Details of shift for deployment of operators shall be given by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for Sl item Nos. 1 & 2 here in before : (i) The rates quoted are inclusive for attending all complaints in case of break down / failure of supply. (ii) The rates quoted is deemed to include for any other minor works to restore the electric supply as directed by the Engineer - in- charge. (iii) The rate quoted is deemed to include the cost towards uniform for the staff employed for wearing during the working hours . the uniform shall be pant, shirt & shoes and the pattern of the uniform shall be decided by the Engineer- in -Charge.

(iv) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of supply and maintenance of the documents such as log sheets of DG sets, complaint register, Attendance register, log sheet, duty register, Earth register etc... all as directed and plant maintenance record book & daily log sheet to be submitted to concerned JE before 1000 hrs of succeeding day otherwise absent report will be initiated for those shift for which log sheet are not submitted. (v) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of cost towards keeping the surrounding area of DG sets neat and tidy during the contract period.

(vi) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of tools and safety equipment required for running and maintenance of DG sets. (vii) The contractor shall be fully responsible for making payment to the Operators as per the minimum fair wages mandated by State Govt or Central Govt, whichever is higher, and the details pertaining to the same are to be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge before claiming RAR payments. (viii) Necessary DHPP (Diesel) for the running of DG Set and Engine oil for toping off will be issued as and when required basis at MES store yard free for running the installations contractor has to collect the Diesel/Engine oil from the MES store yard. Necessary vehicle for shifting for POL will be arranged by Department. The rate quoted should be exclusive of transportation charges.

(ix) Necessary inventory for the items installed at site to be prepared jointly for Handing Taking over of assets between Department and Contractor, any deficiencies in items noticed during the period of contract, the contractor shall be liable to make good to the items with the items of original specifications as received at the time of Taking over, without any extra cost to the Govt. (x) Necessary Insurance for all the Employees Deployed for the M&O to be carried out as per prevailing Rules and copy of the same should be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge within one month of the commencement of the work. (xi) It will be Contractors responsibility to submit all the documents as asked by the Security Department of the concerned area to obtain Necessary Entry Pass to the working area and copy of the same should be submitted to the Engineer In charge.

(xii) All the DG Sets/plants to be kept in serviceable condition with Minor repairs and replacements (Not costing more than Rs 5,000.00) during the entire contract Period. Any Major Faults occurred to be intimated to concerned JE and Engineer-in-Charge, in time, so that the same can be attended immediately. (xiii) If any operator/mate found absent from duty, recovery will be made at Rs 1,000.00 per shift per operator. (xiv) The payment shall be made to the employees by the contractor through AADHAAR linked bank account only. Proof of payment made to the operators employed by the contractor shall be submitted to the department, duly signed by the contractor, before making any RAR claim.

(xv) All Skilled operators shall be qualified, holding certificate in the trade from ITI or equivalent institute and should be having minimum two year experience certificate and the Semi-skilled operators/ mate should be having minimum two year experience certificate in the respective field for which they are to be deployed and all certificates shall be produced within 7 days for the issue of work order otherwise the operator shall be removed from duty. (xvi) Spares required for urgent repair of lifts will be issued as and when required basis at MES store yard subject to availability of the stores. Cost for fixing of these items and supply only items catered here-in-after at Sl item Nos. 4 to 10 are deemed to be included in the rates quoted for Sl item No. 1.01 to 1.04 & 2.01 to 2.04 here-in-before. (xvii) All the operators (Skilled/ Semi skilled) will also look after all the E/M installations in 1 Km radius of the DG sets as and when required, as per the directions of AGE (I)

Supply of LED batten, wall mounted with decorative end cap of capacity 1 x 22 W (4 feet) or nearest higher wattage, 2500 Lumes, 6500K suitable for surface, wall and conduit mounting complete with all accesories including LED drivers, internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size and taking down old unservicable fittings complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Philps: Model- Smart Brite, Cat Part No. BN 021 LED25S 6500 PSU GR S1 or equivalent in Surya/ Wipro/ Bajaj/Crompton as approved by AGE (I))

Supply of LED Street light fitting, 45 Watt or nearest higher wattage, IP66 class of protection with versatile preassure die cast aluminium housing, pure polyester powder coated dark gray housing, toughened glass cover with silicon gaskets, 5700K complete with all accesories including LED drivers and connecting up light fitting with copper conductor cable of suitable size from junction box to connector block and taking down old unservicable fittings complete all as specified and directed.
