Percentage rate / Item rate E-Tenders (On line) in two bid system is invited for the following work. The

tenders will be received online in the favor of the ‘Registrar’ the Maharaja Sayajirao University of

Baroda on www.nprocure.com up to 16.00 hours till 25-5-2026 and tender document will be

available online up to 25-5-2026 till 16.00 p.m. Bidders can download the tender document within

above mentioned period free of cost from the website. Earnest Money Deposit and Tender fees as

stated below against the name of work will be accepted in form of D.D. in favor of the Registrar, The

Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Tenders submitted without E.M.D. / Tender Fees shall be

rejected. University Authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any

reasons thereof.

Pre-Qualification/ Eligibility Criteria :

Documentary evidence should be provided in support of compliance of each eligibility criteria. Each

page and all documents must be stamped & signed by the authorized signatory of the Travel Agent.

Relevant portions, in the documents submitted in pursuance of eligibility criteria, should be

providing such services to reputed Government institutional customers like Educational Institutions

/Financial Institutions / Public Sectors / Banks /PSUs/ MNC / Large Corporates etc. Relevant

2. The bidder (Travel Agency) should have in its own name Registered Office in the Vadodara City

within the area of Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC).In any case travel agency can not sublet

the contract and if it will be found out during tenure of tender it will be treated as breach of

condition and contract will be immediately terminated without any further procedure.

3. The bidder (Travel Agency) should have a valid Local GSTN Registration address proof / trade license.

4. The bidder (Travel Agency) should be duly Registered under the Shops and Establishment Act.

5. Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a contractor or by a firm of contractors, Proprietors

or partner of firm or contractor can not be apply for more than one with the same or different firm

name . If they do so, all such tenders shall be liable to be rejected.

6. Submission of a tender by a bidder implies that he has read this notice and all other contract

documents and has made himself aware of the scope and specifications of the work to be done and

of conditions and other factors bearing on the execution of the works.

7. The bidders can visit Registrar office in case of any clarification required regarding work, technical bid,

terms and conditions etc.

8. Pre-Bid meeting shall be held on 22-5-2026 in the University Office.

9. The bidders must have valid License to operate Passenger vehicle Services, and also fulfil all other

statutory requirement to operate Passenger vehicle Services, Please enclose the copy of valid license

and other documents if any.

10. The bidder must have successfully completed work of similar kind of minimum value of

aggregate Rs.25.00 Lacs in Last two Financial Year. For the verification of the same bidders has to

submit the C.A. Certificate for the same.

13. The Price shall be inclusive of all taxes (i.e Service Tax / GST etc.)

14. No Price escalation shall be allowed irrespective of any fluctuation in fuel prizes.

services on negotiated uniform price only.

20. The decision of Vice-Chancellor will be final and binding to the travellers in case of dispute.
