REPAIR REPLACEMENTMAINT OF OLD VINTAGE GI CI WATER PIPELINES INCLUDING ALLIED ACCESSORIES AND WORKS UNDER DAY TO DAY COMPLAINTS OF WATER SUPPLY AT DOMESTIC AREA AT AFS JODHPUR

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth, or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable and water supply pipe lines etc. in hard/dense soil/rocks, & getting out including taking out old brick or precast cable cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil/\ complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for repair of taking out and refixing / re-routing of Fresh water pipe line 15 to 25 mm dia any position upto height 25 mtr incl exacavation, dewatering, cleaning of pipe both side internal or external diameter with the help of sand paper as required suitable grains size,including reparing of pipe line with new fitting like ( bends, nipple, elbow, tee, shocket, union ) and all required necessarry fittings must be change in old pipe line, repairing of pipe line leakage with reqd all accessories at site returning and matching as per existing complete for one Quarter. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Repair maint/break down work should be rectify at the earliest within 12 Hrs of complaint otherwise delay may be penalised Rs:500/- per/Hour 2. The work will be carried out on height upto 25 Mtr contractor will ensure providing safety tools and equipment to the labour/plumber and the cost of the same will deemed to be included in quote rates. 3. Cost of any additional plumbing work/welding work deemed to be included in quoted rates. 4. Cost of repairing the wall and making the surface as per existing shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. 5. Cost of GI fittings required is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Note :- Rate of Excavation and earth work returning filling and removing shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor.
