DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene three layered water storage tanks 500 Litres capacity (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Pt-I including taking down existing water tank complete all as specified & directed.

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene three layered water storage tanks 1000 Litres capacity (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Pt-I including taking down existing water tank complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repairs 20 mm bore PTMT ball valves, high pressure with polyethylene float and fly nuts complete, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repairs 15 mm bore PTMT ball valves, high pressure with polyethylene float and fly nuts complete, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repairs 20 mm dia gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified & directed

M&L for cleaning of over head water storage tanks (PVC/RCC) capacity n exc 250 Ltrs ,cleaning and removing all scale and dirt complete all as specified and as directed. Contd…..

Stepwise Process to clean overhead water tank are as described below - STEP 01 : water in the tank to be pumped out using mud suction pump. Pump should be capable for suction of all dirt/mud from tank of any size at any height. STEP 02 : Dirt on the internal and external surface of the tank to be removed using water pressure jet and then internal surface of tank is to be cleaned using scrubber or brush as suitable to remove the algae/dirt stuck to the internal surface of tank. STEP 03 : add 5 ml of unscented/ Non Toxic disinfactant household bleach without fibre guard for every liter of water in the storage tank. household bleach should not have chlorine content more then 5%. Contd.....

STEP 04 : wash the surface of tank again with the help of water pressure jet pump. Pressure jet suitable for cleaning all dirt stuck in tank body. STEP 05 : finally dry the surface of tank using vaccum cleaner STEP 06 : apply one coat synthetic enamel paint on tank of size 450mmx300mm and writing letters ("CLD ON MM-YY") of height 7.5cm. Notes : 1. periodicity of tank cleaning should be min 3 months and maximum 6 months, each tank can be considered for cleaning maximum 3 times under this item 2. Any Tank damaged during cleaning to be replaced by the contractor at its own cost.

Refixing of 15 mm dia old GI tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceilings, floors etc) complete all as specified & directed.

Refixing of 20 mm dia old GI tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceilings, floors etc) complete all as specified & directed.

S & F 15 mm bore tubes, medium grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified & directed.

Cleaning of vegetation, plants, bushes etc from roofs / walls including taking out of root and making good the disturbed surface with PCC 1 : 2 : 4 and plastering with CM 1 : 4 and painting with matching finish complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) above ground floors n. exc 15cm thickness i.e from RCC roof slabs/terrace complete all as specified & directed.

Taking/removing existing tar felt treatment of any description from RCC roof slab, terrace etc by means of MS scrapper patty or any other suitable tools and removing to a distance 500 mtr from the starting point and depositing as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0,1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) for roof padding finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster or screed bedding layer of any description from concrete slab/terrace surfaces etc including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering or screed bed 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 in averaging on RCC roof slab/terrace surfaces with mixing of WPC @ 2% by wt of cement including finishing even and smooth without using cement complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

Providing and laying APP modified water proofing membrane 3 mm thcik with non woven ployster reinforcement having weight not less than 3.5 Kg per sqm over a coat bituminous primer oil based for membrane by the respective manufacture @ 0.30 ltr per sqm including overlapping as specified and as approval of make as specified in PS including two coat of bituminous based aluminium paint on top surface as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Providing precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles set in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to Length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns with an incl MS wire(Annealed not less than .90 mm Dia) or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 6 to 8 mm dia TMT bars , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Slabs,chajja supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roofs, landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides and soffits of roof beams, lintels lever shelves incl supports overhang etc rough finished surfaces of concrete (flat) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coat of white wash on plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls of New surfaces all as specified including Preparation of surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling, dressed stone work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for precast cement concrete Block Masonary with soilid blocks type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement but incl WPC complete all as specified & directed.
