Project Management and Implementation Consultancy charges for construction and other agriculture works proposed at 14 sheep and goat development farms of Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Maharashtra Mendhi Va Sheli Vikas Mahamandal, Pune, Maharashtra as per ToR and detailed scope of work detailed scope of work such as (i) Preparation of DPR, design, layout, drawing & detailed technical estimate, working drawings up to finalisation and award of tender . (ii) Including obtaining all relevant permissions, NOC, sanction of proposal from GoM/ Local bodies/ statutory (iii) Obtaining clearance/approval to plans from local bodies/land related issues with revenue Dept./ factory licence from relevant authorities, permissions from MSEB, irrigation and etc. Percentage of project cost as consultancy fee. (GST will be paid extra.)

Consultancy fee for post tender activities such as day to day construction supervision, billing, documentation, all required activities involved from construction to completion, commissioning, operations, trial run including 12 months defect liability period. Percentage of project cost as consultancy fee. (GST will be paid extra.)
