Outsourcing the services for operation of pump set of any cap installed at Water Supply installation including ,dozing pump etc for 16 hours ( 2 shifts) including sunday and holiday by Pump attendant (Semi-skilled) and routine maintenance of Pumps, Machinery installed all as specified and directed. Installation Location :ICGAE Porbandar Details of Installed Machinery :- Centrifugal/Monoblock Pump Set of any cap / Fire hydrant pump set Dozing Plant Controlled Panel Controlled Valves Note :- (i) Pump attendant will maintain the record of Chlorination. (ii) Maintain the record of installation as per format given by JE E/M (iii) He will be responsible for cleaning of installation. (iv) He will also responsible for opening and closing of during 02 time supply or as directed directed by JE E/M or Engr-in-Charge.

Installation Location :DHQ NO 1 Porbandar Details of Installed Machinery :- Centrifugal/Monoblock Pump Set of any cap / Dozing Plant FILTERATION PLANT Controlled Panel Controlled Valves Note :- (i) Operator will maintain the record of Chlorination. (ii) Maintain the record of installation as per format given by JE E/M (iii) He will be responsible for cleaning of installation.

Outsourcing for services for operation of DG set and water supply pumps installed in pump house in 3 shift (round the clock) including Sunday and holiday including daily maintenance of installed DG Set and water supply pump etc by operator cum Pump attendant (Skilled) all as specified and directed. Installation Location: ICGS Veraval Routine maintenance of equipments installed are as under:- Control panel- 04 Nos Submersible pump - 01 Nos. Monoblock Pump Set - 02 Nos. DG Set Cap - 30KVA and 20KVA Stablizer 100 KVA - 01 Nos. RO Plant 150 LPH - 02 Nos. Note:- (i) Operator should be well conversant to daily maintainance of Engine of DG set. (ii) Maintain the reocrd as directed by JE E/M or Engr-in-Charge (iii) Cleaning inside and outside the installation deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iv) Rate of Antiscalant reqired for RO Plant deemed to be included in item rate.

Outsourcing for services for operation of DG set and water supply pumps installed in pump house in 1 shift including Sunday and holiday including daily maintenance of installed DG Set and water supply pump etc by operator all as specified and directed. Installation location: ICGS Veraval Jetty routine maintenance of equipments installed are as under:- Control panel- 03 Nos Submersible pump - 01 Nos. DG Set Cap -70K kVA. Stablizer 75 KVA - 01 Nos. Note:- (i) Operator should be well conversant to daily maintainance of Engine of DG set. (ii) Maintain the reocrd as directed by JE E/M or Engr-in-Charge (iii) Cleaning inside and outside the installation deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Outsourcing for provn of professional and technical services of junior Engineer for GE(I)(CG) Porbandar by providing junior Engineer (Civil) for working as Quantity survey & contracts (QS & C) 01 No for the detailed duties to be performed as specified in particular specification and any other duties all as directed by the AGE (Contracts)/GE(I) CG Porbandar. Location :- DHQ-01 PORBANDAR Notes : i) JE shall perform the duties of 8 hrs duration from 0900 to 1700 hrs on all working days or as directed by GE. ii) The JE (QS & C) employed shall have Education Qualification in degree in Civil Engineering with two years experience or diploma in civil Engineering with five years experience. iii) Experience obtained from PSU/Govt undertaking/Govt Department will be prefered (iv) The Contractor shall check the market rate for the technical services for various stations prior to quoting their rates in BOQ.

Outsourcing for services for sweeping, cleaning of doors/windows,window glass panes,dusting of tables,chairs etc, making the arragement of furniture after cleaning, removal of cob/Webs, cleaning of toilets, cleaning of roofs/drains etc in one shift per day (each shift of 8 hours) by deploying safaiwala in one shift during office working hours complete all as specified as directed. Note : All the consumable items like brooms, acid, nepthalin balls, soap etc shall be given by the deptt The contractor will have to deploy minimum 01 No. sweeper per day excluding sundays & holidays during day shift of 08 hrs.
