Cleaning of common areas inside and outside the stadium and common toilet blocks inside the Stadium (As per the specification attached): Work mainly includes the following items : Providing approved quality PVC dust bin of 150litres capacity at stadiumn building in different sectors for collecting gradable and degradable waste separately,Providing approved quality medium duty recycling dustbin bag of size30''x46''x50'' 160 guage or nearest size with recycle logo printed over it for collecting gradable and degradable wastes daily, Cleaning JNI Stadium compound two times a week collecting debris ,garbages wastes etc.. And conveying to the collection bins as directed the area covered including main entry road, outsideverandah,space between ring road and outside verandah,pavilion entry etc,Cleaning common areas inside the stadium building twice in a week , collecting the debris ,,garbages waste etc.. and conveying to the collection bins as directed.The area covers shop entries of all sectors,the inner corridors of all sectors,verandahs, inner passages and cross corridors of all the sectors etc in all levels with necessary approved quality chemicals brooms,brush etc,cleaning and acid washing the floor and dadoing of the common toilets daily in all levels of stadium building and exterior toilets with approved quality with chemicals,lotions and collecting conveying the debris to the collection bin as directed,Cleaning underside of slabs shades,beams etc..of common area of stadium building including toilet, passage,outside verandah of all floor etc.. by removing the cobweb using machines or manually etc.in every month,cutting ,rooting out and removing the plants and overgrowths grown at various parts of the existing structure and applying certain chemicals for burning the roots without disturbing or damaging the structure as per the direction of engineer,Disposal of the collected debris away from the stadium site daily without any nuisence to the public at the risk of the contractor and also includes the cleaning works directed by the site officials as per requirements :Rate includes all labour and materials other accessories required for cleaning(Contractor should quote the rate for one month)
