Supply, install, testing & commissioning of voltage stabilizer, ISI marked for automatic operation, single phase, naturally air cooled, indoor type & designed for I/P variation between 170V to 260 V with O/P voltage stabilization at 230 V with accuracy of +/- 2.5% with high & low voltage cut out & time delay & of capacity 2.0 KVA incl electric connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing copper strip of size 32mm x 6mm over the wall at a height of 50 cm from floor by provisioning of porcelain insulator to be provided at an interval of 30 cm for supporting the copper strip including fixing and tightening through suitable, bolt nuts and washers made of brass / gunmetal in such a manner that strip should not touch the wall including for making good earth continuity conductor to connect test bench complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix test point terminal block made of gun metal phosphorous bronze of size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed with 3 nos 8 mm dia, 25 mm long hex head screw for holding the phosphorus bronze plate incl fastening / bolting the roof down conductor and earth electrode over the phosphorus bronze plate with the help of copper nuts and bolts of a suitable size and providing on fibre sheet of size 15 cm x 15 cm x10 mm thick below the test point to avoid direct contact with wall and material and labour for enclosing the complete test point in MS sheet box openable from front side fabricated by MS Sheet not less than 1.6 mm thick duly painted with red paint having locking arrangement all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of advanced encapsulation compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology Zinc & Alloy coated earthing system confirming to IS-3043 (Code of practice for Earthing ) with the help of Zinc coated (80-100 microns) & Alloy coated (200-250 microns) GI pipes, one bag BFC (Back fill Compound -ELECTRODITE) incl required excavation & earthwork complete all as specified and as directed. Details: Material :Zinc & alloy coated GI pipes. LENGTH: 2000 mm. DIA OF OUTER PIPE: 76.20mm. DIA OF INNER PIPE: 41.90mm THICKNESS OF OUTER PIPE: 2.5mm. THICKNESS OF INNER PIPE: 3.2mm BFC: one bag (25 kg capacity) (all the above given dimensions may vary +/- 0.1 mm) Note: 1. The annular space between the GI pipes shall be filled up with crystalline conductive compound (CCC). It must be machine pressed in the pipes. 2. Electrodite (BFC) should be eco- friendly & must contain environmentally hazardous material/ metal & must have ROHS Certification from NABL accredited lab. The quantity of BFC indicated above is generally for normal/ good soils. In case the soil resistivity is high, the quantity of BFC should be increased & cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. 3. The rates are also inclusive of provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab of size 54 x54x 5 cm thick with one handle for its lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS round bar & 8 mm dia MS deformed bars 15 cm both ways as in reinforcement & GI copper strip 32 x6 mm for connection of earthing with equipment.

Material and labour for sub main wiring, complete with 4 runs of 6 sqmm, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade, multi stranded with copper conductor, drawn through and including suitable size of PVC conduit pipe and accessories concealed in surface/wall/ roof etc. with two runs of PVC insulated 6sqmm FRLS cable, copper conductor for earth continuity conductor all as specified and as directed. Note : 4 runs 6 sqmm single core copper conductor, two runs of 6 sqmm copper conductor earth wire and PVC conduit and its accessories will be measured as one unit.

MCCB DB TPN, 4 way with 200 Amps(vertical), double door, 415V AC 50 Hz IP-43 protection conforming to IS-13032 universal mounting with copper bus bar, neutral link, earth link, earthing, studs, detachable gland plates with knockouts on both sides for housing of MCCB 100 Amps.

Single pole and neutral metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 A, 240V.
