In case, service charge is not filled up in the Priced Bid and is not as per the requirements of the Bidding document, the same shall not be considered for evaluation 3. Bidders shall be required to accept the rates indicated as per DGR minimum wages. 4. The bidder quoted percentage is consider as Service charges. The minimum percentage i.e. 10% of service charges as per DGR guidelines, bidder should quote greater than or equal to 10%. The same is fixed in BOQ template.
