Supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of Milton Roy Liquid Chlorine Doser, Model No. UC 11,complete with all standard accessories and fittings free from any manufacturing defects, and shall be supplied with manufacturer’s warranty. The dosing system shall be properly installed, aligned, and connected to the existing system as per site conditions, ensuring accurate and consistent dosing of chlorine. The work includes all necessary mounting arrangements, connections, calibration, and trial run to ensure satisfactory performance. The scope includes all materials, labour, tools, equipment, handling, fixing, testing, commissioning and incidental charges, complete in all respects, as directed by the Departmental Authorities.

Supply, delivery, and fixing of 50 litre capacity PVC storage tank with suitable lid/cap, intended for safe storage of liquid chlorine. The tank shall be made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant PVC material, suitable for handling chemical solutions and ensuring durability under working conditions. The tank shall be leak-proof, ensuring safe storage and handling of liquid chlorine as directed by the Departmental Authorities.

Supply and delivery of 300 V voltage stabilizer of approved make, suitable for maintaining stable voltage conditions for connected equipment. The stabilizer shall be of robust construction, reliable performance, and designed for continuous operation, with adequate protection features against voltage fluctuations, overload, and short circuit. The unit shall be tested, fully functional, and free from manufacturing defects, conforming to relevant standards and specifications. The scope includes supply, delivery, handling, unloading, and all incidental charges, complete in all respects, as directed by the Departmental Authorities.

Supply, delivery, fabrication, and installation of PVC Sintex box of suitable size, complete with supporting structure made of MS angle sections of size 40 mm × 40 mm × 5 mm thickness for proper mounting and stability. The work includes fabrication and fixing of the angle frame, positioning and securing the box, and providing necessary cement concrete foundation/support for firm installation as per site requirements. The scope also includes complete electrification of the box, comprising wiring using 1/18 copper wire, proper routing, termination, and connections, along with earthing arrangement to ensure electrical safety. All works shall be carried out ensuring proper alignment, safety lock and key system fabrication, wiring, fixing, handling, and incidental charges, complete in all respects, as directed by the Departmental Authorities.

Providing and carrying out electrical wiring within PVC box, including supply and fixing of 2-pole MCBs, ON/OFF switches, and 3-pin socket, suitable for operation of the dosing pump. The wiring shall be done using 1 sq.mm copper wire of approved quality, ensuring proper current carrying capacity and safety. The work includes providing and fixing of suitable installation, proper routing of wiring, termination, and connections as per site requirements. All electrical components shall be securely mounted, properly insulated, and arranged for safe and efficient operation, complete in all respects as directed by the Departmental Authorities.

Fabrication, supply, delivery, and erection of a metallic protective box of size 0.45 m × 0.45 m × 0.75 m, designed for safe storage and protection of liquid chlorine cans. The box shall be fabricated using 10 mm square MS rods for internal framework, ensuring adequate strength and durability. The bottom of the box shall be reinforced with three (3 Nos.) 10 mm rods, and the structure shall be provided with legs of approximately 10 cm height for proper clearance from the ground. The entire unit shall be properly fabricated, welded, and finished, and coated with enamel paint of approved quality for corrosion protection. The work includes earthwork excavation and fixing of the box in position with cement concrete foundation, ensuring stability and security. A suitable locking arrangement with lock and key shall be provided to prevent unauthorized access. The scope includes all materials, labour, tools, equipment, fabrication, welding, painting, erection, handling, and incidental charges, complete in all respects, as directed by the Departmental Authorities.

Supply and delivery of 3/8 inch heavy-duty PU (Polyurethane) tube, suitable for connecting the dosing pump to the water line. The tube shall be of high quality, flexible, durable, and resistant to chemicals and pressure, ensuring reliable performance in dosing applications. The material shall be free from defects, capable of with standing operational conditions, and suitable for continuous use without leakage or degradation. complete in all respects as directed by the Departmental Authorities.

Providing labour for erection, installation, and commissioning of dosing pump, including proper positioning, alignment, and connection to the existing system as per site requirements. The work includes fixing of metallic protective box, providing earthing arrangement, and ensuring safe electrical connections for efficient operation. The scope also covers testing, trial run, and commissioning of the dosing pump, ensuring smooth and reliable performance. The work includes all labour, tools, equipment, handling, installation, testing, commissioning, and incidental charges, complete in all respects, as directed by the Departmental Authorities.

Supply and delivery of liquid chlorine solution with chlorine concentration ranging from 10% to 12%, suitable for maintenance of water supply systems. The material shall be of approved quality, fresh, and free from impurities, ensuring effective disinfection performance. The scope includes transportation from approved source to site, loading, unloading, and delivery at the Head water work various to mini pumping stations ELSR'S and GLSR'S in Nellore Municipal Corporation , ensuring safe handling and compliance with all applicable safety norms during transit. The cost of containers/cans is excluded, and only the chlorine solution shall be supplied. The work includes all materials, labour, transportation, handling, and incidental charges, complete in all respects, for maintenance of water supply, as directed by the Departmental Authorities.
