The quantities given here under are tentative. They can vary on either side upto any extant,the contractor shall have no claim on account of changes and shall be paid of the quantities as physically met at site reach of work for complete work. (Rate are excluding GST)

Earth work in filling in mar, kabarm ranker & Kanker Mixed Soil with all lead upto 595m and initial lift including mechanical compaction dressing and all cost of material labour T&P etc. complete.

Blanket Coat Construction of granular Sub-base grade-IIIrd by providing well graded material, for blanket coat 15cm compacted thicknes spreadingin uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with Smooth wheel roller to Achieve the desired density. complete as per technical specification caluse 401.

Granular Sub-Base with well graded material (400.1) Construction of granular Sub-base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with Smooth wheel roller to Achieve the desired density. complete as per technical specification caluse 401.

Water Bound Macadam Sub-base/base WBM Grading-II Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of 45-63 mm stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Water Bound Macadam Sub-base/base WBM Grading-III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of 22.4-53 mm stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Earth work in making Sub grade correcting section from 1:1.4 to 1:1.5 in side slopes etc. including soi; mixed with kanker, boulder etc., compaction and dressing .

Preparation of sub grade for lining work excluding cost of earth work with labour, T&P etc. complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete M – 20 grade cast - in- situ sleeper 200 x 200 mm size including cost of all material, labour charges and T&P etc.

Centering and Shuttering for concrete work.including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. complete.

Laying steel reinforcement including cutting, bending, binding in position including material, binding wire, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying 200 thick coarse sand in drain and in layers as per drawing including cost of all material, labour charges and T&P etc.

Laying 100 mm thick R.C.C. M-20 lining in bed and slopes with copping on berm including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Supplying and laying P.V.C. seal 150 mm wide and 6 mm thick at joints on sleeper including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Making construction joint painting with primer and filling with sealing compound including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc.

Painting on top of sleeper with bitumen including cost of all material, fuel for heating, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing 50 mm Dia. PVC pipe in sleeper at 5 m C/C in panels including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. complete.

Providing and Laying 200 micron thick L.D.P.E. film to cover the Surface Area under the Lining including all cost of material, Labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work.
