Note :- Warranty certificate to be produced by the contractor from OEM for the following components before processing the bill. S&F for sheet metal enclosure with single pole and neutral with two pin and earth plug socket including 20Amp 240 Volt including MCB SP,20Amp as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in repairs 15mm bore stop valves/angle valve fancy type cast copper alloy chromium plated screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in repairs 15 mm fancy type chromium plated fancy type bib tap brass long body with flange screwed down high pressure CP cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handles screwed down suitable for 15mm bore pipe or union complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

MCB SPN 40-63 Amp, 240 volts,50Hz, 10KA, 'C' series ISI marked as incoming and outgoing controlling circuit all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting & screwing existing steel tubing 15/20mm dia bore size for alternations or additions required for connection with inlet pipe of Geyser complete all as directed at site.

Renewing glazed tiles in patches area not exceeding 5 Sqm each including removing and cleaning old tiles preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing & pointing new or old tiles complete all as specified.

Sub main wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with two runs of 4 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed cable FRLSH, flame retardant low smoke and low halogen 1100 volts grade , ISI marked with multistranded copper conductor with one run of 4 sqmm (green colour) PVC insulated, unsheathed cable FRLSH, flame retardant low smoke and low halogen 1100 volts grade , ISI marked with multistranded copper conductor as earth wire connected to common earth dolly with thimbles,including cutting chases, drawing into & including PVC Concealed conduit ISI marked with all accessories on walls and making good of disturbed surfaces including all conduit fittings, clamps, gutties etc all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Two runs ( main ) of 4.00 sqmm cable together with one run ( earth ) of 4.00 sqmm cable with conduit shall be considered as 1 running meter for payment purpose.
