Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved LT Control panel, outdoor type, double door, pedastal mounted, of suitable size , IP-54, having independent compartment for bus bar, incoming feeder and each out going feeder, dust and vermin proof & lockable, factory made, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, mounted on 65mm x 65mm x 5mm iron angle frame height 45cm from PCC bedding suitable for 3 Phase 415 Volts 50 Hz, AC supply, bus bar chamber with copper bus bar of 200 Amps rating for 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire system duly insulated with heat shrinkable type sleeveless as per colour code, supported on epoxy insulators - 01 set incl necessary copper cables of suitable size for MCCBs/MCBs/change over switch/inter connections, common earth bus bar of GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm at bottom with panel board at two earth terminals, cable glands with independent plates at bottom for each outgoing and incoming cables in cable alloy panel board and painted with powder coating in siemens grey colour mounting the panel on ground/floor with PCC (1:3:6) bedding upto a height of 45cm above ground level, complete all as approved and comprising as under:-

Supply and installing of size 150mm x50mmx6mm thick of perforated painted with powder coated MS cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5 % in convinient section ,joined with connectors suspended from ceiling with ms suspenders, nuts bolts , fixed on wall /floor all as specified and directed .

Unsheated stranded copper conducter cable size 16 sqmm single core 1100 Volts as in connections to MCCB,staters,motor etc connection to be made with cable terminal lugs and GI screws ,complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying for laying GI tubing /UG cable/foundation of Pole etc and getting out in following type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Soft /loose soil

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick excavated soft/loose soil in trenches after the pipe have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L sand filling in trenches for cushioning of UG cable 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable including compacting after filling complete all as specified and directed. Note : Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M&L precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core.

Earthing complete with GI earthplate electrode 600mm x 600mm and not less than 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI strip of size 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI/steel all as shown in electric plate No 3 connected to equipments all as specified and indicated complete and including char coal dust & salt filling in alternate layers (each layer shall be 15 cm thick) and GI protection pipe, medium grade 40mm dia and GI watering pipe 20mm, medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, 40mm thick pre-cast RCC, M-15 (nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4kg/sqm with suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40 x 40 x 3mm frame for cover, PCC M-15 (nominal mix) pit, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and connected all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.(Prop LT Panel-02 and 04 for pump set )

M&L for point wiring with 2.5 sqmm copper conductor (Multistranded) PVC insulated and unsheatheted FRLS electric cable 1100 volts grade and including PVC casing caping/conduit pipe of suitable size with all fittings accessories and including PVC insulated electric cable 1100 volts 2.5 sqmm (multi stranded) copper conductor single core (Green colour) cable as continious earth wire connected to common earth dolly including sunk sheet terminal box made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet concealed on wall or on surface as per site requirement and making good distrubed surface of wall ,covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheetfor one light point/fan point/Bell point controlled by one,one way switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB.

M&L for point wiring using FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed /multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sq mm drawn through and including PVC Conduit marked and of appropriate size as specified, fixed in conceled in wall/ceiling with mild steel sunken box and bakelite sheet 3 mm thick including all fittings such as tees, bend and junction boxes etc complete for following:-

S&F Switch piano, flush type 5 Amp, One Way complete .

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single phase.230 V of size 300 mm sweep with,blades,and frame and louvers.

M & L For meaking Hole for exhaust fan 300 mm sweep complete re plastring and meaking Good as per existing surface.

Supply And fix electric water heater,storage type 25 ltr capacity, energy efficent. Make- Havells, CG ,venus,bajaj

Supply and laying galavanised iron tubing 'medium grade' ISI marked as per IS : 1239 part-I in trenches/ floors/fixed to wall/roof etc including all fittings complete which ever be required at site all as specified and directed for the following sizes of 15mm dia.

Supply and Fix stop valves,cost copper alloy,screwed down,high pressure, fancy type,chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type), screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions.15mmbore

M&L for cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Switch socket combination 5 in 1, 5 & 15 Amp flush type complete.

S&F in replacement MCB SP 5 to 32 Amp, 10KA, 240 Volts.

Supply and fix Bib taps cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type screwed down, scrwed for iron pipe 15mm bore

S & F PVC connection 15mm bore with Nuts, bolts of length 450mm for Cold/ Hot Water.

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
