M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching and like including weathering, slightly round or chamfered angles and throating as directed and including necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work / stone work / PCC block masonry built in Cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks exc 10 cm in width (with plain or inter locking joints as directed) setting in CM 1:6 complete in wall, pillars and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n. exc 2 Km. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape and size of 60 mm thickness, with minimum compressive strength of 35 N / Sqmm (M-35 grade), without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50 mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating, and top surface with white cement and pigment complete

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation all as directed and specified

Removing debris to a distance of 5 KM including loading and dumping/ levelling at the destination

M&L for injection chemical GLYPHOSPHATE (4% Concentration) of 20 ml or till refusal by making cut/injection in the stem of plant of roots at 30mm and spraying with solution 25ml GLYPHOSPHATE (4% Concentration diluted with 1 ltr of water) at any storey of building and removing the plant/vegetation including penetreated roots and making the effected surface to match with existing surface using cement plaster/cement concrete 1:2:4 for cutting of trees/vegetation of size 1 to 8 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.
