The Architectural consultants shall advice and assist the Engineering wing in the following aspects. Proper location of Building with respect to ideal usage of land and avoiding wastage of land and ear marking the land for future use if any available. Evaluation of 3D drawings for all the Buildings proposed to be constructed with necessary front elevation and cross section, providing Interior design (Flooring Pattern, Wall panelling, False ceiling, Joineries and Grill patterns and Colour

schemes etc.,), Landscaping arrangements, Reflecting ceiling plan (RCP), Accessibility drawings, Effective Utility Drawings, 3D walk through videos. Also providing detailed working drawings for all fields like Architecture, External façade works, street lighting, street and garden furniture design, sound and Acoustics design, signage design, Indoor plantscape, Compound wall and Entrance Arch etc.,. The Architectural consultant has to prepare atleast 3 models to satisfy the department requirement taking into account the statutory rules in force of the local bodies. The necessary approval for design and detailed drawings to be obtained from the PWD departmental Authorities. The Architectural consultant shall ensure smooth execution of the project from start to end.
