Cleaning and uprooting the vegetation growth including plucking out the roots up to the extreme end from the banks of temple pond /Tank/well/stepped well for identifying the evidence of old masonry ruins and for restoration work including cost of all tools and plants, labour charges etc. complete.

Erection and dismantling of suitable scaffoldings and working platform with other safety equipment for the structural conservation work of the well/pond/tank/stepped well including cost of all labour charges etc. complete.

Pumping or Bailing out water and removing slush/slurry/mud etc. by any means such as mechanical devices, pump set, vertical lift etc. including cost of oil hire charges of all machineries and levelling the slit in and around the area, labour charges etc. complete. (removed slit/mud quantity will be the measurement for work done quantity)

Taking out the fallen/bulged out/dilapidated/worn-out weak masonry structure one by one, part by part to avoid any collapse of the existing wall, lifting the discarded materials, earth including cost of all labour charges etc. complete.

Construction of Laterite stone masonry in Lime Mortar 1:2 using hard variety Laterite stone blocks of average size 29x24x14 cm as per the original shape and style with lime mortar matching with suitable colour oxides and as per the standard specifications as directed including cost of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth not exceeding 1.5 m width ; also not exceeding 10 m2 on plan including removal and disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m including cost of necessary tools and plants, labour charges etc. complete.

Providing pathway/Apron using laterite stone of size 29x24x20 cm in Lime mortar 1/;2 including necessary pointing the stone joints in same mortar with suitable colour oxides including curing as per the standard specifications and as directed including cost of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Supply, fitting and fixing of electric operated approved brand winch pulley with minimum power of 1 HP, single phase/three phase, mounting on a triangular frame painted two coat over a coat of primer and all fixtures etc. with 12 mm wire rope with minimum length 20 meter or more supporting bucket for lifting materials two numbers and all other accessories (2 Sq.mm service wire- 10 meter length; unit wooden box with 20 amp MCB three pin socket, plug etc.) required for operating the machine including cost of all labour charges etc. complete.

Supply brick khowas/chips of size not more than 25 mm, laying layer by layer of average 15 cm thickness; uniformity laying over the base of the historical water bodies after slit/earth disposal for water purification including cost of all materials and labour charges etc. complete. (Quantity will be measured at the ground level before spreading and putting in to the water)

Supply good quality coconut shell charcoal and laying over the brick bats base of the historical water bodies for water purification including cost of all materials and labour charges etc. complete. (Quantity will be measured at the ground level before spreading and putting in to the water)

Supply, fitting and fixing MS grill outer frame made out of 50x50x6 mm and intervals @ 1.20 meter centre to centre and 8 mm dia rods @ 12 cm centre to centre supply, cutting, fabricating, welding and to provide opening of size 3.10 x 3.10 m; painting with two or more coat over a coat of metal primer including all as a safety method including cost of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Supply, fitting, fixing and commissioning of single phase 2 HP submersible Motor pump including cost of motor pump, electrical fitting/fixtures, submersible cables, 1” hoss pipe 30 m, 3 core cable 30 m and wireman charges and caging etc. complete. (Drawing attached)

Recess pointing with lime mortar 1:2 with suitable colour oxides after thoroughly cleaning the joints including cost of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.
