REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF TRANSFORMER 250 KVA AND

M andL for disconnecting electric connection fromincoming and out going of transformer 250 KVA and 200 KVA, 11 oblique 0.433 KV, 3Phase, 50 Hz type and get down transformer from plate form two pole structure at site location by means of Hydra Crane and opening and dismantling to damaged parts of transformer repairing and rectification of defects servicing all moveable and static parts and accessories including repairing replacing all defective parts such as transformer bushing LT side old unsv seal, bolts, nuts washers oblique wires, hooks and making complete internal electric oblique mechanical connections etc including tightening of all loose connections and all other minor accessories as required. Reassembling as work wise and taking back at existing location and reconnecting all connections as before installed commissioning oblique testing the transformer, including cutting existing cable preparation of cable ends, lugging with suitable size aluminium lugs and refixing in its original position complete and testing on load all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. M & L for replacement of pin type insulator bushing with oil seal at LT side all as directed at site. As per specfication attached.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm As per specfication attached. As per specfication attached.

Supply and pouring for topping up of transformer oil with adequate dielectric strength as per mentioned in relevant IS or manufacturer recommendation oil all as directed by Engineer in Charge As per specfication attached Make Apar, Power oil, Nexton. As per specfication attached.

Supply M and L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32 X 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, protected by GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test point electrode, PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe 20mm dia protection pipe etc and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
