Servicing of Kirlosker make 82.5 KVA ,3 phase, A.C, Diesel Generator set after dismantling with checking of tappet clearance, adjustment of tappet clearance if required, cleaning of crank case, diesel tank, air-cleaner, re-filling of engine oil in crank case, replacement of diesel filter , engine oil filter& Air filter re-assembling commissioning complete as per direction of Engg-in-charge

Providing & fitting fixing of 11 TR compressor ZR 144 including gas charging as per direction of Engg-in-charge

Providing of un-skilled worker(cleaner) for pre-operative & post shut-down cleaning of in & around cold store chamber, stair case, drying shed & plant room as per direction of Engg- in-charge.

Providing of semi-skilled worker for disinfection of cold-store chamber as per direction of Engg- in-charge

Providing & fitting fixing of drier as per direction of Engg-in-charge

Providing & fittings of Expansion valve as per direction of Engg-in-charge

Providing & fittings of Contactor as per direction of Engg-in-charge.

Providing & fittings of Pivinder as per direction of Engg-in-charge.

Providing & fittings of High speed fan for indoor unit as per direction of Engg-in-charge.

Providing & fitting fixing of HP/LP switch for outdoor unit, as per direction of Engg-in-charge

Supply of Nitrogen gas along with cylinder for checking of pipeline as direction of the Engg in charge.

Repairing & fiiting fixing of low speed motor for indoor unit as direction of the Engg in charge.

Providing of Zeal meter as per approved quality

Providing of Refrigerant Gas(FR-22) for use of the compressor

Welding of body of indoor motor unit as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing of HSD to use of the DG set for smooth functioning of the plant

Arrangement for operation of 1000 M.T capacity Cold Storage a including Captive Power Plant with day to day maintenance and repairing during the stipulated period with supplying of Mechanic cum Electrician cum Operator as well as Helper/Assistant for proper and smooth running of the Cold Storage, Jawharnagar, Ambasa through round the clock of 24 Hours in 03(three) Shifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
