Annual maintenance of Solar water heating system(for total capacity 75000 LPD @ 7.00 per liter per year) which is forced circulation during maintenance the DTC panel, level controls, Sensors, Heater coil, breaker coils, water meters, ball valves, Unions and electrical heating equipment during rain or cloudy season are to be checked time to time once in 15 days and Collectors and replaced whenever it requires and its glass panels are to be cleaned daily, the cold water and hot water supplied details and its readings are to be recorded and preserved and sent to higher official for their information. The cost of parts are to distribution line should be opened daily by 3 AM and closed by 10 AM. Any leakage in the line and tanks are to be arrested by welding or any other mean as fit as per site conditions. The draining system should be done once in six months. Due to failure of electricity and pumps do not work, the vacuum will be created and air should be opened to release air/Vacuum steam

Supply and delivery of CAPSTAN (BAYLAM) Make 25mm dia Water meters, Horizontal inferential type (Multi jet) with Magnetic Drive and Dry dial suitable for 50 degree centigrade temperature sealed against tempering. The Registration Box would be Hermitically sealed and would be complete separate unit with super dry dial and strength reading type. The water meter would strictly confirm to class -B of ISO: 4064 Standard and will bear BIS 779 Certification Mark. Meter should be supplied End coupling. Removing the Scale formation block in Solar flat plate collector with help of drilling machine (for unscrewing) and cutting the 9 pin copper header line. Drilling the 9 no, spin absorbers with the help of 6'.6" long drill bit with drilling machine for removal of scales. Bracing will be carried out to 9 pin header line at cutting area. Pump circulation will be done with the HCL chemical and water (For 1 liter of Industrial HCL mixed with 10 liters of water) to confirm that there are no cages/ scales. After pump circulation the copper pin absorber will be fixed in the collector box area and re-fixed the glass or the top of collector. Chemical cleaning will be done with the pump circulation for Internal hot and cold pipe line. If any leakages are found at collector joint, rubber gasket will be re-placed and finally the solar collector will be kept under good working condition.
