Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift up to 1.5 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres away from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required in to plinth and sides of foundations, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres in pick jumper work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1cement:6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1cement:4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness including hinges, jump lock jamb, beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50X25 mm or base ties of 1.25 mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamb including steel but things 2.5 mm thick with gaurds, lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing panneled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows,including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 40 mm thick. 2nd class deodar wood.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring shuttering ,strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-(a) Foundation,footing & bases of columns and the like mass concrete with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

(b) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs landings and the like floors etc. up to 200 mm in thickness.

(c) Beams,cantilivers,girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams,beam haunchings, cantilivers , girders, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre in depth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement:2 sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-(a) Foundation,footing & bases of columns and the like mass concrete with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

(b) Suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers up to floor two level.

(c) suspended floor, Dome roofs, landings shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders ,bressumers and cantilevers etc in all leads and lifts of any shape.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level.

Half bricks masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Sand).

Pointing on brick work with cement mortor 1:3 (1cement : 3 sand) Raised and Cut.

Providing and laying brick tiles over mumty roofs grouted with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement,3 sand ) over a 12 mm layer of C.M 1:3 ( 1 cement, 3 sand ) and finished neat with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling in CM 1:3 ( 1Cement :3 Sand)

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levels including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand)

20 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone/concrete walls for interior plastering up to floor -2 level including arrisses,internal rounded angles,chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth with in all leads and lifts in C.M 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand )

Providing & fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in wooden frame of window etc.with M.S. flats, square or round barswith round headedbolts and nuts by screws plain grills.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of IS gauge specification 8 S.G with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors,windows i/c bright finished black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 30 mm thick of 2nd class deodar wood with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Boulder filling behind retaining wall under floor with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement, 3 sand,6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Wiring for circuit / sub-main with following size PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in PVC casing & capping along with 1 No.HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable of same size for earthing as required.i) 2 x 1.50 Sq. mm.
