M & L for preparation of old painted concrete/ bituminous pavement surfaces i.e painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of Water based acrylic runway marking paint white or golden yellow colour as per existing, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted taxiway marking and turning pads of runway surfaces i.e painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. Exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying 2mm thick retro reflective white/yellow colour paint, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M & L for racking out existing sealant from joints to a depth of at least 30mm, cleaning the grooves joints, edges upto a depth of atleast 15mm by scraping/ grinding by mechanical means to expose the concrete surfaces, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and inserting 12 to 15mm thick compressed nylon expansion joint board into the groove, over that inserting 12 to 15mm dia closed cell baker rod maintaining uniform depth & application by filling the joint with PU sealant, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of wall surface and applying One coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion (of approved colour) with PU & silicon additives, excellent dirt pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algai properties in two coats @1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation old decorated plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint,using airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing finishes preparation of old wall surface applying Two or more coats of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification over new surface over 1 mm thick wall care putty,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preperation of old surfaces of ceilings and applying one coat of white wash,complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 450x 300x 7 mm thick set and jointed in adhesive compound as per manufacturer instuction & pointed in white or colour cement to match including backing coat 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.
