Upgradation of Amarpur Hadsar Dahad Jamman Ghumarwin Road Km 0/000 to 7/100 in Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur H.P. SH Improvement, Passing Places, R/walls, B/ walls C.D. work, GSB, WMM, Tarring work, Side Drain and Parapets Under NABARD-RIDF-XXX

Excavation soil in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock, chiseling, wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, side slopes, width,camber, Super elevation cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful /un-useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. All useful material such as stones shingle, aggregate and slates etcetra shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Recovery of stone to the tune of 874.12 cum (Eight hundred seventy four point twelve cubic metres) quantity at the rate of 300/-(Rupees Three hundred) per cubic metre shall be affected from the contractor's in each running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases including carriage of matereials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST,building and other construction worker, welfare cess, royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor, or any other taxes imposed by government and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsover in this respect of the same .

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto any lead and lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, and disposal of materials up to all leads and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetres) compacted thickness including shoring and shuttering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and carriage of machinery, material ,tools equipment safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and / or labour if required. Providing and Laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 nominal mix ( One Cement : four Sand : Eight graded crushed stone aggregrate.) 40mm ( forty milimetre) nominal size , including cost of form work for plain /reinforce concrete in retaining walls, breast wall and like structure as per drawing and MORD tecnical specifications clause 802,803,1202,1203, including carriage of materials , shoring and shuttering and curing complete within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, royality Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor, or any other taxes imposed by government and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and Laying cement concrete in 1:3:6 nominal mix ( One Cement : three Sand : six graded crushed stone aggregrate.) graded crushed stone aggregrate. 40mm ( forty milimetre) nominal size, including cost of form work for plain /reinforce concrete in structures like culverts, drains, solid causeway and other structre as per drawing and MORD tecnical specification Clause 802,803,1202,1203, including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts , shoring and shuttering and curring complete and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.The rate includes, octroi, royality Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor, or any other taxes imposed by government and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete in M-15(M-fifteen) grade with minimum cement content not less then 240 kg ( Two Hundred Forty kilogram per cubic metre), including cost of form work for plain /reinforce concrete in structures like solid causeway and other structre as per drawing and MORD tecnical specification Clauses 802 ,804,805,806,807,1202 and 1204 , including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts ,shoring and shuttering and curing complete and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.The rate includes, octroi, royality Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor, or any other taxes imposed by government and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Back filling behind abutment wing wall retaining wall return wall and like structure complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clause 1206.6 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providng weepholes in plain cement concrete abutment wing wall retaining wall return wall and like structure etcetera with 100mm (hundred millimetre ) dia PVC pipes extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (v): 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7, including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor, or any other taxes imposed by government and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm (three Millimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm (one hundred fifty into seventy five into five Millimetre) spaced 2 m (Two Metre) centre to centre, 1.8 m (one point eight metre ) high, 1.1 m (one point one metre ) below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm (one hundred fifty into seventy five into five Millimetre), 330 mm (three hundred thirty millimetre ) long complete as per as per MORTH technical specifications, including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor, or any other taxes imposed by government and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
