Construction of 01 x Block for 24 x OR's Married Accommodation (Quarters) upto (S+6) multistorey with stilt parking , Lift shaft, electric shaft, staircase, Fire escape stair case ,Lobby, Horizontal Corridors, 25000 Ltr capacity RCC water tank on top of roof for fire fighting, machine room , ramp etc complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' Part - II B (INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY)

S & F 15 mm bore two way bib cock with wall flange cast copper alloy , fancy type , chromium plated, screwed for for GI/ iron pipe or for brass ferrule including flange and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm dia bore Brass chromium plated wash hand basin mixer central hole for making (HOT & COLD) water fixed as per manufacturers manual along with accessories with long shunk and cup washers, screwed both ends for GI/ iron pipe or for brass ferrule including flange complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm dia bore Brass chromium plated wall mixture 2 in 1 system (HOT & COLD) with wall flange and two way suitable for GI/ iron pipe or for brass ferrule including flange and fittings including three joints to GI pipe or unions and plugging and screwing to walls , inluding L bend for mixing hot or cold for shower connection etc all as specified and directed.

S & F 15 mm bore Brass chromium plated sink mixer swinging spout (wall mounted model) (HOT & COLD) with connecting legs and wall flanges screw down for fixed to GI pipe or brass ferrule etc and fittings or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for brass chromium plated over head shower rose with 300 mm long CP shower arm 120 to 150 mm size (round/square pattern)revolving type multi-flow suitable for fixed to GI pipe and fittings or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Health faucet (ABS body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 m long flexible SS pipe tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete in all as specified and directed.
