Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)@30% boulder

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay (Non-Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing complete in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying damp-proof Course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping, etc and removal of form work for

foundations , footings ,bases of columns, Plinth Beams etc.

Retaning walls. return walls. walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters.buttresses. plinth and strmg courses fillets etc

Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts.

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

EXTERIOR FINISHING Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Carriage of material from source to site of work by mechanical transport including loading /unloading and stacking complete.

Sand for an average distance of 100 kms by M.T and 500 Mtr by H.L

Stone aggregate below 40 mm nominal size for an average distance 35 kms by M.T and 500 Mtr by H.L

Bricks for an average distance up to 80 km by M.T and 500 Mtr by H.L

Stone for an average distance of 100 kms by M.T and 500 Mtr by H.L
