Earth work in excavation by manual/mechanical means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5M in width as well as 10Sqm on plan/over areas (exceeding 30 cm and upto 1.5 m in depth,1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan ) including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5M including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 5km from site /edge cutting or as directed by EIC. disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil including pumping out water caused by springs,tidal or river seepage,broken water means or drains and the like complete during execution of work.

Providing and laying of stone soling hand packed dry including all carriage and cost of material involved complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (crushed) including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (crushed) in suspended floors, beams, columns, roofs, lintels balconies, landings and staircase excluding cost of centering and shuttering all work up to floor V level including all carriages and cost of materials involved up to site of work complete.

Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo Mechanically Treated bars. including all carriages .

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms. using 12mm ply including all carriages.

Brick work with common burnt clay FPS non modular bricks of class designation 75 upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) including all carriages.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clesrestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) Silver wood /imported Kail wood including all carriages

Providing and fixing of 40X5mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30X10X15 cm 1:3:6 mix ( 1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections , trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position & applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including all carriages leads lifts etc.

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete(upto a pitch of 60 degrees) excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m including carriages all complete.

Providing ridges /hips of width 60cm overall width plain GS sheets fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks , bolts and nuts 8mm dia GI limpet and Bitumen washers complete 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/sqm including carriages Complete

Providing and fixing of plain eaves boarding 300mm x 40 mm (nominal size) imported kail wood incl cost of nails complete.

P/F in position Granite of approved colour,shade and texture laid on 20 MM thick 1:3 cement mortar incl:filling the joints with cement grouting mixed with colour pigmentation complete.Pattern of shade ,design as per the direction of i/c site engineer including all carriages complete.

15 mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6(1 cement:6 coarse sand) including all carriages complete.
