Description of work to be executed

Manually dismantling and removing dead damaged lime concrete from floor, terrace etc. (20 mm Avg. thick), very carefully in a skillful manner, using appropriate tools and means, without causing any damage to any part of the monument, including carrying and stacking the debris at a pre-designated place (with in a dead up to 100 mts. and lift/ lower up to 10 mts.) including cleaning, brooming and leaving the site in neat & tidy condition, as directed by site engineer.

Demolishing R.C.C work manually by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer- in- charge.

Dismantling of wood work on roof such as rafters, purlins, beams, wall plates etc. Very carefully including taking down, sorting out and stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately with in a lead up to 50 mts as directed by the site engineer etc complete (Up to 10mt height)

Providing and relaying lime concrete flooring (20 mm thick) in proportion 1:2:4 (one part of lime, two part of sand and four part of brick aggregate) including processing of lime in (rational manner and mixing with additives- gugal, jaggery, methi etc , lead up to 100 mts. and lift up to 10 mts. including ramming compacting curing etc. complete as directed by the site engineer/ architect in charge.

Providing and applying anti termite treatments by drilling holes on and along floor, including peripheral area to the specified size, depth and intervals, as per IS 63/3 and injecting chemical as prescribed under IS code of practices (IS 63/3) with hand, pump etc. as directed by the engineer/ architect in charge etc. complete

Re-erection of dismantled wood works such as purlins, beams, brackets, wall plates etc. with 20% dismantled wood and 80% new teakwood, including cutting, cleaning, plaining of old and new wood wherever necessary, including moulding work as per original on new wood, including lifting, hoisting in position with lead up to 50 mts. and lift upto 10.00 mts. including making necessary carpentry joints, fixing with iron nails of required size, as directed by the engineer/ architect in charge etc. complete (only well dried teak wood sizes required to be supplied by Department)

Providing and re-fixing wooden boarding over roof and ceiling using new teak wood, 15 mm thick duly planed with rebated joints (tongue and groove) as per original, including nailing and fixing in position (well dried seasoned Departmental teak wood to be used), as directed by the engineer in charge etc. complete

Providing and fixing 100% new wooden structural Members like joists, planks, wall plats, in the Bhadra Gate ceiling as per the available site evidence to restore the original character to the gate including cleaning, cutting, planing new wood, lifting, hoisting and fixing in position including making necessary carpentry joints, securing with Iron nails of the required size etc with in a lead up to 50 mts.& left upto 10.00 mts. well dried seasoned teak timber to be used, as directed by the engineer/ architect in charge etc. complete. (only well dried teak wood sizes required to be supplied by Department)

Providing bed lime concrete flooring 50% lime mortar 1:1 with brick aggregate of size 20mm size including curing, finishing as directed by the Architect / Engineer in charge.
