Painting - The trailor is painted with 1 coat of Red Oxide primer at inside & outside and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint at outside of approved colour Chassis of Draw box - Is made from 100X50 mm M.S channel with eye hook & folding type stand Tipping arrangement - 1 no. 3 Ton capacity telescopic hydraulic cylinder fitted with the chassis to lift the platform 45O to unload the garbage from rear end 4 Side data - 4 Side data is made from 40X40X6 mm angle covered with 2.5 mm thick M.S sheet Platform - Platform is made from 100X50 mm M.S Channel & 50X50X6 mm M.S angle covered with 4 mm thick M.S. plate Wheel - 2 nos. of Nylon tyre 750 X 16 reputed co. make fitted with heavy duty rim Axle - 1 no 21/2 ’’ iron ore axle fitted with heavy duty hubs with SKF 30209 bearing Trailor Size - 2450 X 1200 X 450 mm Suspension - 2 nos. semi arc spring fitted 70 mmX10mm -11 leaves fitted with the chassis by jhulla , hanger etc.
