Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, bush, wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside periphery of the compound wall as directed by Engineer-in-charge, including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc ., complete.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead outside periphery of the compound wall as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc ., complete.

Earth work Excavation in all types of soils including excavation of ordinary rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width), including laying of road sides width of 1m, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m at a suitable place including the cost of all labours, tools & plants etc., complete. (Due care should be taken during excavation of the underground utilities like water pipe line, electricity lines etc. )

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) for base of CC Road : compacting, curing, mixing, and as directed at site, as per drawing and as directed at all heights including cost of all labour, materials, flat and needle vibrator, tools & plants, curing, safety measures and all other charges etc., complete. (Layer of avg thickness 100mm)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III): 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for CC Road : Including adding of admixture of 50ml/50kg of cement, cutting of expension joint for every 5m length of road, compacting, curing, mixing, and as directed at site, as per drawing and as directed at all heights including cost of all labour, materials, flat and needle vibrator, tools & plants, curing, safety measures and all other charges etc., complete. (Minimum Cement Content should be 320kgs/1cu.m)

Providing and fixing of Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns and Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc ., complete.

Providing and Fixing of class "B" of G.I. pipes 50 mm dia for road bottom including excavation on hard rock, cutting of existing C.C.Road and refilling including the cost of all materials,labours, tools & plants and all other charges etc ., complete.
