Injection of grouting of construction joints and honey combs if any with cementitious pressure grouting with 40 Psi pump using Cobex 100 or equivalent @ 225gms mixed to 50Kg bag of cement including joints packing using polymer modified mortar. Providing and applying pitch free polyurethene water proof coating using Fosroc Nitoproof 600 or equivalent, over dry surface at 1.5mm thick in 2 coats with interval period of 6 hours over a substrate at coverage rate of 2Kg/Sqm using spray/squeege/ roller/ brush. Water proofing coating shall have the elongation of 200% (ASTM D412-90, Tear resistance of >7N (ASTM D 624-00), and tensile strength of 1.5N/mm2 (ASTM D412-90) and it should have a solid content of 80-85% (The rate includes the application of the chemical with specialized agency or the manufacturer)

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ concrete walls incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plaster 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement for internal faces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plaster 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 in two coats (10+5) using WPC finished even and smooth without using extra cement for external faces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, providing and fixing suspended false ceiling consisting of 8mm thick calcium silicate seamless board suspended on GI framework with staggered joints, GI framework to consist GI perimeter channel 25mmX20mm of 22 gauge along perimeter of false ceiling.
