JOB ORDER FOR REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF CERTAIN LT XLPE CABLE AND CABLE JOINTING KIT AT COLABA MIL STATION UNDER GE (W) MUMBAI 1. Necessary job order through local trade may please be initiated to carry out under GE(W) Colaba, Mumbai:- (a) Supply and fix in replacement cable, LT XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty, IS-7028 Part-II, with stranded aluminum conductor LT 1100 Volts grade of size 185 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.-RM-18 (b) Supply and fix in replacement cable, LT XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty, IS-7028 Part-II, with stranded aluminum conductor LT 1100 Volts grade of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.-RM-6 (c) Supply and fix in replacement cable, LT XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty, IS-7028 Part-II, with stranded aluminum conductor LT 1100 Volts grade of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.- RM-6 (d) Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables / pole.-Cum-10.62 (e) Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point- Cum-1.60 (f) Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.- Cum - 09 (g) M & L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable - Cum -3.23 (h) Material and labour for cutting existing hard standing by manual method, 0.45 m width and 0.6 m in depth for inserting galvanized tubing for cable protection, refilling the same after laying of pipe, with soil, stone aggregate etc., as obtained from excavation, making good top surface with 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type CI using 20mm graded stone aggregate and removal of excess material if any, complete all as directed. -RM- 04 (j) Material and labour GI tubing 80 mm dia light grade galvanized with all connecting items complete all as specified and directed.-RM -04 (k) Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type -1, Size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed - Each -234 (l) Material and labour including necessary tools and plants for detection of LT 1.1 KV underground cables fault at various location/spots by latest technology LT fault detection equipments and making the sopt of cable fault complete all as specified and directed. Note - Excavation measured and paid separately. - Each Job -04 (m) Material and labour for cable jointing kit for LT 440 V / 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint M-Seal type for underground PCV/XLPE armoured heavy duty cable aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core x 25 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm complete including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. - Each Job - 02 (n) Material and labour for cable jointing kit for LT 440 V / 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint M-Seal type for underground PCV/XLPE armoured heavy duty cable aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core x 70 Sqmm to 150 Sqmm complete including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. -Each Job -02 (o) Material and labour for cable jointing kit for LT 440 V / 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint M-Seal type for underground PCV/XLPE armoured heavy duty cable aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core x 185 sqmm to 300 Sqmm complete including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. - Each Job -08 Auth : CWE (Army) letter No 4053/W/20/E4 dt 24 Dec 2020.
