Body of the valve shall be made of Ductile Iron and Sleeve in Stainless steel and Seals in EPDM. The valve shall be designed for operating between MDDL and FRL (85.25m &110.5m), and shall meet the minimum flow discharge of 9m3/sec at 10m height from the centre line (81.5m) of valve and tested according to EN 12266, body 1.5 times and seat 1.1 times of rated pressure, Standard flange drilling to EN 1092-2(ISO 7005-2), PN 16 and Test according to EN 12266-1, Leakage rate A. The opening and Closing operation of valve shall be electrical actuator with mechanical override option. The scope of work includes the supply, transportation to the site, unloading, and conveyance to the existing valve house, either by constructing a temporary access road across the downstream side of the dam—without affecting the water flow—or by using a steel rope arrangement. The work further includes the erection and installation of the new valve, along with the necessary arrangements such as chain blocks, temporary MS structure, high quality neo-prime or higher-grade gaskets, high-tension nuts and bolts, and other required fittings of approved make. Additionally, it covers the construction of RCC support with supplementary MS structural supports, commissioning of the valve with electrical actuators, and completion of associated electrification works. The work scope also encompasses trial runs, necessary allied civil restoration works, replacement of the existing MS plate with higher size for future inspections at the valve house, and the dismantling and transportation of the old valve to the departmental store. Furthermore, the dismantling and removal of the temporary road or steel rope arrangement, as applicable, shall be carried out etc. as per the instructions of the departmental officials. | 1 | no | 1,94,71,734 ₹1,94,71,734 | 1,83,99,900 ₹1,83,99,900 Lowest |
