Dismantling GS sheet roofing including ridges, hips ,valleys, gutters wind ties etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in –charge

Dismantling old plaster or pointing , raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Labour charges for corrugated G.S sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washer filed with lead and i/c a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paints on overlaping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal vertical or curvrd surface) ex/c the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and i/c cutting to size and shape wherever required (1) 0.63 mm thick with zinc coated not less than 275gm/m2

Providing and fixing PVC false ceiling providing SPUF 142-D-01 (Different design 10 mm thick 150 mm width and necessary length) approved colour concelled type penneled carrier T section (EWUF 106:40X63.5 mm and L section (EWUF 405:40X68 mm) with necessary screws, hold fast, wooden beading and M.S pipe structured 48 mm dia @ 1200 mm c/c including cutting holes and making good walls etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work upto plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in superstructure upto floor five level including cost of all materials as required complete: a) In cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets for roofing/cladding (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold Rolled Steel coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% AI and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A792/A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70,colour coated with high quality Polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy prime coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. i) 0.50 mm thickness
