Name of work Maintenance of completed scheme under Nazul A/C-II(HZ). SH. Providing Manpower for cleaning of Water body at M/o NHP adjoining Sector B-1(Pond area) at Vasant Kunj and various other water bodies under the jurisdiction of Sub Division - I

Providing labour with safety arrangements for completing of all operation of cleaning including removal of floating plants and other material such as trash, empty bottles, dead leaves, tree branches, polythene bags, removal of bio sludge/solids generated during treatment process from the lake/water body and clearing the grass, weeds and vegetation from banks/beams around the lake/waterbody all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

CONDITIONS:- i. Quoted rate should be inclusive of minimum wages as per notification of GNCTD & profit / overheads including the GST. ii. The minimum rate quoted by the agency shall not be less than 10 % of the estimated cost. if the rates quoted are below 10 % of the estimated cost, the bid would not be considered and will be rejected out rightly as unresponsive. iii. Necessary statutory deductions will be made as applicable. iv. Attendence sheet should be produced at the time of payment. v. In case any complaint is received attributable to misconduct/misbehavior of agency's personnel, a penalty of Rs. 2000/- for each such incident shall be levied and the same shall be deducted from contractor's bill after issue of notice in addition to penalty clauses of agreement. Further, the concerned agency's personnel shall be removed from the site immediately. vi. The Department shall have the right to ask for removal of any person of the agency, who is not found to be competent and orderly in the discharge of his/her duty. vii .In case of failure to supply the manpower a penalty shall be imposed @ double rate on the awarded rates of the labour for the particular day over the requistional labour in addition to penalty clauses of agreement.
