I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required ( 1 for body earth,02 set for neutral of DG, 01 for neutral earthing of supply company and Two for Tower earth ).

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG Dia GI wire on surface on in recess for loop earthing along with cables as required.

Providing and fixing of lightening arrestor of 1500 long ,25 mm dia hollow Copper tube having wall thickness not less than 1.60mm inclusive of 5 spikes of 150mm length i/c 150mm length tinning the bottom portion of spike i/c fixing with Teflon sheet/ earthing insulator on Top of tower with necessary brass nut/bolts as per specification and drawing attached for all heights of towers GBT and RTT as per the directions of Engineer in Charge. complete etc as reqd

Supplying and laying of following size of pvc insulated pvc sheathed 1.1 kv grade Aluminium conductor armoured cable confirming to relevant IS-Specification i/c fixing on wall surface with suitable GI Shaddle /in air a/w GI Wire /in pipe /in recess /ground etc complete as reqd. Pdg & Making of General Servicing of the following capacity E/A sets of different make and model installed at BTS Sites i/c replacement of Lub oil ,lub oil filter and diesel filter and cleaning of all parts of DG set like fuel line ,cooling system ,checking of all DG control wiring ,belt and drives for proper working as per manufacturer recommendations complete as per manufracturer recommendation i/c Fare and labour charge i/c complete as reqd.(Note: 1.Diesel for initial testing of DG set will be arranged by the contractor 2.The recovered black oil shall be given to contractor

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets of of 0.45mm thick of size 3.0 mtr x 1.05 mtr (shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing Spray Painting with synthetic enamel paint of reputed brand of colour as required by engineer in charge on DG Set Canopy ( outer surface) at least 02 coats after applying primer after removing the rust and old paint layer by emery paper etc. complete as required to give an even shade :
