Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material ,all leads & lifts For thickness of tiles10 mm to 25mm

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 meters lead :of area of 3 sqm. and below

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade incl.curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth including all shapes, leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L. in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five leve incl. all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L

Providing and fixing 8-9mm thick laminated wooden flooring with a surface abrasion resistance of class AC4 with 0.2 mm thick wear later on top of a high density fibre substrate core of plank having uniline locking arrangement with anmade of armstring natural colour foam with accessories like skirting, end profile, door, profile, transition profile, transition profiler, reducer etc. complete job. Make- Armstrong/Amience plus/pergo/vista. Length and breadth of superficial areas of the fiishede work shall be measured for payment.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm

12mm Cement plaster of mix:1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)incl. all leads, lifts and carriage of material by M.T. / H.L.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections /appropriate Z. sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber /neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, milted and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge( glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.) For fixed portion Powder coated aluminum ( minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns)

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z. sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, milted and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge( glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.)
