Excavation work by mechanical means(Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means infoundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m ( one point five metre) in width or 10 sqm ( ten square metre) on plan,including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m ( one point five metre), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed withina load of 50 meter, including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts to dumping site arranged by contractor and other incidentals. The rates excluding of Goods Services Tax but including Labour cess, other levies/taxes , duties /royalities, cess, Toll taxes of local bodies and authorities that the contractor will have to pay for the performanec of this contract.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m( one point five metre) including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm ( twenty centimetre) in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc.and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all leads and lifts Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm ( eighty millimetre) dia. but not exceeding 300 mm ( three hundred millimetre) dia including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates excluding of Goods Services Tax but including Labour cess, other levies/taxes , duties /royalities, cess, Toll taxes of local bodies and authorities that the contractor will have to pay for the performanec of this contract.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses etcetra and the like in all floor heights.

Small lintels not exceeding 1.5 m clear span, moulding, window cills etc.

Stair Case with sloping or stepped soffits excluding landing except spiral stair upto all floor level.
