Quarterly (Once in three months) preventive maintenance of the ducted package Air conditioning HVAC units of Blue Star limited make DPAP1983R1-I (Sr No: 17F00037, 17F00035,17F00036, 17F00040) installed at WRPL, Koyali station, which include the following works under (Risk Protection Contract(RPC)): a) The compressor will be checked for its proper functioning and if any defect is found, the same will be repaired/replaced as per the instruction of EIC. b) Safety controls such as pressure cut outs will be tested for proper functioning and in case of any mal -functioning, they will be either repaired or replaced accordingly as per the instruction of EIC. c) The PCBs of the IDU & ODU will be checked for its proper functioning and if any defect found, the same will be rectified/replaced as per the instruction of EIC. d) Air filters will be inspected and cleaned or replaced, if necessary. Cost of filters shall be borne by the Owner as per the instruction of EIC. e) Cooling coil will be inspected and cleaned, if necessary as per the instruction of EIC. f) The blower motor will be checked and any defects noticed will be attended to as per the instruction of EIC. g) The driver set of the blower section will be inspected, belt tension adjusted and belts changed, if necessary as per instruction of EIC. h) Any defect in the electrical items and control wiring will be attended to as per the instruction of EIC. i) Refrigerant gas will be topped up in the system as and when necessary as per the instruction of EIC. j) The Condenser fan motor will be attended to as per the instruction of EIC. k)The condenser coil will be inspected and cleaned as per the instruction of EIC. l) Any repairs in the condenser coil will be attended to as per the instruction of EIC. m) Repairs to refrigerant piping due to system problems will be attended to as per the instruction of EIC. The above jobs shall be including cost of transportation of materials, consumables (refrigerant gas, compressor oil etc.,) & spare parts (excluding the cost of spares specifically mentioned in the SOR below), as may be deemed necessary.
