PHASE - I (SCHEDULE -A PART-I)

B/R PORTION

Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m. wide and n. exc. 1.5 m. in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pire holes, etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m. in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removing all rubbish outside Dockyard permises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hard core of broken stone of gauge n. exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed. (Item considered for raising for existing hard standing )

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 type (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for double charged vitrified ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortor (1:6) screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Granite (of any type) slab, 20 mm thick machine cut laid over 15 mm thick cement screed (1:4) as in floor and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the granite stone including cutting and polishing complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Cost of screed bed is included in the coated rate)

Material and labour for 10mm thick Vitrified Ceramic decorative wall tiles of approved colour and size as in wall cladding including 10mm thick in CM 1:4 screed bed / backing and jointed the tiles with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete including removing all rubbish outside Dockyard permises complete all as specified and directed.all as specified and directed (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition).

M&L RCC (design mix) M-30 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, plinth beams, base of column, footing and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC (design mix) M-30 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers posts and struts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC (design mix) M–30 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintel over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste form work to side of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, raft and beams and similar work, vertical or to batter as in rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns etc. square, rectangular or polygonal section as in fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, lintels, over 1.5 m span, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc. complete all as specified and directed as in flat and fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia as reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L M.S. TMT bars 5 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia as in stirrups spaces, binders etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete type 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 brick or on concrete surfaces of wall / beam / column and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete wall surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description including doors, railing, gates, trusses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rolled sections as in roof truss (framed), trussed, purlins, framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sectios) including distance pieces, cleats etc.confirming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality a complite all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated / semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in eaves board, ridge etc fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium snap grid frame work made from powder coated anodised aluminium main/cross tee of size 23.5 mm x 23.35 mm x 1.10 mm for false ceiling of grid size 605 mm x 605 mm including necessary hanging arrangement comprising of 4 mm dia MS rod, 'J' bolts with necessary bolts, nuts and washer all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. The snap grid (main & cross section shall supported at ends all along the wall with powder coated anodised aluminium angle of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.4 mm weighing 0.25 Kg/RM).

M&L for providing pre painted fiber cement board 6 mm thick in ceiling fixed on anodised aluminium snap grid frame work as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out deteriorated / leaking valley gutters of any shape, size and material from the work shop buildings at height of 6 m to 20 m including disconnecting the funnels from gutters & rain water pipe, in position and S&F new valley gutters with new Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain sheet of 0.6 mm thick made to shape and size ( width of sheet required is 800 mmtto1200 mm) with 200 mm over laps with double washer self driving screws at joint using leak proof jointing material (Tar roof compound or similar material) and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed

Taking out deteriorated / unserviceable funnels of valley gutters of any shape, size and material from the work shop buildings at height of 6 m to 20 m including disconnecting the funnels from gutters & rain water pipe, in position and Supply & fixing with new funnel made out of Galvalume plain sheet of 0.60 mm thick to required shape and size to match with the existing funnels with extra collar of 50 mm over the actual outer diameter of rain water pipe and inserting into the rain water pipe with 150mm length in to the rain water pipe with double washer self driving screws using leak proof jointing material (Tar roof compound) or similar material and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed Note:- MS flat iron clamps shall be measured and paid separately under respective iten in this schedule as 'supply only'

Supply only MS flat iron clamps made to any shape with flat iron of 40mm wide and 6m thick (Length of FI required for each clampis 1.00m to 1.50 m ) to support the valley gutter, rain water pipes etc, complete all as specified and as directed

Taking out PVC (SWR) soil waste and vent pipe of any size including all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F 160 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single, socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed

S&F 160 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends (any radius) with oval access door complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling aluminium composite panel, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium composite panel of 3mm thick with skin thickness of 0.25mm of aluminium on both sides, sandwiched by 2.5mm polythene core with PVDF coating of 30 micron, face fully covered with high intensity prismatic (Type-IV) sheeting conforming to type-III of ASTM-D 4956-01 as approved by GE and fixing the same to the structural /aluminum frame work by means of suitable self tapping screws, rivets or bolts and nuts and erecting in position complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : only structural steel frame work if required shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items in this schedule. Cost of aluminium frame work is included in quoted rate)

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size, quality or description) from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 12 mm thick toughned glass as in wall clading / doors panelling including all rubber gascut / beading and all necessary aluminum framing and fittngs complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F heavy duty double action floor door spring to fit the toughned glass as in doors including all fittngs complete all as specfied and directed.

E/M PORTION(SCHEDULE -A PART-II)

Taking down point wiring with aluminium / copper conductor cable of any size drawn through rigid conduit / casing capping etc. (surface/concealed) including accessories etc. complete all as specified & directed

M&L point wiring with two runs of 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) single core PVC insulated stranded unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable upto and including 1100 V grade drawn through PVC rigid conduit with all fittings and accessories of PVC rigid conduit complete fixed to wall / ceiling etc including one run of 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) single core, PVC insulated stranded unsheathed FRLS copper conductor as earth wire and duly connected to common earth point complete all as specified and directed. (Note :-(i) PVC rigid conduit with all fittings/accessories shall be measured and paid separately. PHASE-II (SCHEDULE -A PART-III)

Removing worn out bollard foundation bolts of 63 mm dia on the berth end by following activities all as specified and directed :- (a) Providing temporary arrangements using 12 mm thick MS plate and angle iron stiffeners of suitable size for holding down core drilling machine system in required position. (b) Drilling hole in RCC (by using core drilling machine with diamond core bit) of 77 mm dia to a depth of 500 mm at an angle of 23 degrees cut over the existing bolt to a depth of 430 mm. The projectile of the existing inclined bolt shall be marked on the bolt foundation and lateral core cutting in the RCC foundation to facilitate the core bit to cut through the existing bolt at height of 430 mm and there by removing the bolt from the foundation.

Material and labour for cleaning the core as made side item Nos. 4.01(a) & 4.01(b) herein before and removing the dust using electrically driven hot air blower and filling the entire core with polymer base mortar (micro concrete of grade M-70-non hilti material) FOSROC Renderoc-RG as per manufacturer’s instructions and cured for 72 hours complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting core of size 42 mm dia and 360 mm deep in the filling of polymer based mortar, as filled vide item No.4.02 herein before in exact angle as required, the material surfaces of the core shall be roughened using special bushing bit, clean the core and removing the dust using electrically driven air blower, injecting in the core 400 ml heavy duty adhesive chemical HILT HIT-RE 500, from the bottom of hole in order to avoid air pockets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and insert HAS-E ductile steel galvanized threaded rod 39 mm dia and 510 mm long of grade 8.8 of make HILTI India Pvt. Ltd. indicating embedment depth mark with washer and nut of galvanized steel with strength class 8, washer shall be 72 mm dia 1 No. each at base and top and nut shall be of 59 mm dia. Note: - The rod shall be inserted in the adhesive chemical as filled vide item No.4 herein before, before it cures. Inclinometer shall be used to maintain the required angle. Nuts and washer shall be fixed on the rod after the rod in set for 42 hours.

Material and labour for cleaning and removing all scales and dire from and around the existing bollard bolt by wire brushes for cracking the nut of existing anchor bolt with pressure/ manual operated nut cracker without damaging the existing threads and cleaning the existing anchor bolt using the product of Henkel Adhesive Technologies Pvt. Ltd. – “ Loctite” – Solution with ODC free cleaner and degreaser Product code – 22355 with hot water and leave dry the anchor bolt and fixing new bollard nut of mild steel having inner dia 63 mm and outer dia not less than 72 mm and weight not less than 760 grams with 3 mm thick washers minimum 02 Nos. of outer dia 88 mm along with lock set chemical of “Loctite” solvent base medium strength thread locker Loctite243 in the gap between nut and anchor bolt complete Make of Anti rust cleaner & Thread locker :- LOCTITE

M&L for MS plates plain square or rectangular, cut or notched forming holes of Fe- 410-W , Gde-E-250 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing finishes of the bollard base and head and applying two coat of coal tar epoxy paint over two coats of epilux zinc chromate yellow primer on coropex epoxy shop primer, brown in steel surfaces complete all as speicified and directed.

M&L for cutting channels, grooves or rebates exc 15cm but n exc 30cm girth and trimming surface with or without reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra forming fair fiish to drain or channel 30cm inner grith in cement concrete, using extra cement , including forms , molds, mitred. Stopends etc complete

S&F for rubber arch fender of size 2000mm x 595/195mm width at bottom and top resspectively x 300mm depth and fixed vertically on the vertical face of jetty sea face wall with eight numbers M24 SS 304 bolts of length 285mm. The fender shall be fixed with a MS galvanized flat of size 100mm X 12mm covering the full length of the fender as directed. The Properties of the rubber used shall be as follows :- Deflection - 51.5%, Reaction force - 25.3 Ton, Energy absorption - 2.95 ton / Mtr with a tolerance of - +10%. Before aging : Tensile strength not less than 17 MPa, Elongation shall not be less than 350% as per ASTM D412, Hardness Max 70 ±5%, Shore ‘A’ as per ASTM D2240.

After aging at 96 hours at 70º : The tensile strength not less than 80% as per ASTM D 412, Elongation not less than 80% as per ASTM D 412, Hardness + 8% shore A as per ASTM 2240, tear strength shall not be less than 70KN/m, Compression set at 70ºC for 22 hours 25% maximum- as per ASTM D 395, abrasion resistance Maximum 1.5CC as per BS 903 A9 and Ozone resistance - no cracks as per ADSTM D 1171. All the above test reports shall be provided by the manufacturer. Necessary factory inspection during manufacturing process shall be arranged by the bidder. The fender is to be pre coated with the homogeneous colour with yellow and black alternately complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The item rate shall include the cost of SS M24 bolt, Nuts and chemical for fixing the bolt as recommended and supplied by the manufacturer of rubber fender.

Supply & fix the Mooring rings of 200mm internal dia made out of 32 mm dia MS round bar and fixed to two Nos angle iron of size 150 x 150 x 12 mm , 150mm long placed back to back with a hole suitable for placing 32mm mooring ring. The two 150mm long angle iron pieces along with Mooring ring shall be fixed into the Jetty floor concrete with 04 Nos. full threaded nuts and bolts of 20 mm dia and 300 mm long inserted to a depth of 200mm, 25mm dia hole drilled into the RCC berth/beam and slabs. The hole shall be cleaned and filled with lock fix chemical and 20mm bolt shall be inserted in the hole and grouted with lock fix chemical. All the MS work shall be painted with two coats of coal tar epoxy paint over a coat of primer. The top surface of jetty after drilling the hole shall be cleaned and applied with a two coats of coal tar epoxy paint before fixing the mooring ring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix of fairleads with additional horizontal and vertical rollers (designed for passing of two Ø64 mm PPE ropes) and Warping Roller -Single roller, Ø500 mm / 200KN towing pull. (i) Degutting of existing Fairleads. (ii) Grouting of new fairleads. (iii) Painting of Rollers with one coat of marine std primer and two coats of marine std Anticorrosive and one coat of finish black complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Stainless Steel, 316 grade , stair case safety railing Vertical posts of size 100mmx100mmx3.0mm thick, 1100mm height, top of the post shall be cut to receive the 50mm round railing pipe and the vertival post welded to a base plate of size 100mm X 100mm X 5mm thick ,made out of SS316 heavy duty, maintenance free, corrosion resistant, aesthetic looking stainless steel extruded sections. The post shall be fixed to the staircase treads/landing concrete surface of dry dock with four in nos M12X150mm anchor fastners. For fixing M12 bolts ,a hole of 16mm dia shall be first drilled into the concrete to depth of 100mm and shall be filled with epoxy grout of Lokfix E75 of M/s Fosroc or Hil ti Re 500 after thorugh cleaning of drilled hole. M12 bolts shall be incerted into the epoxy filled hole and SS vertical post shall be grooved in to the M12 bolts and fixed with nut and washers tightly to the post.The unit rate quoted shal includfe thwe cost of post, fixing of one vertical SS post in position inclusibve of drilling holes(4 nos) in the concrete, Epoxy, M12(4Nos) bolt with nut and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of horizontal railing with SS 316 garde heavy duty, maintenance free, corrosion resistant, aesthetic looking stainless steel extruded sections of 50mm dia round pipe 2mm wall thickness, for safety railings and fixed on the top of 50mm suqare vertical post by welding in-situ , cleaning, buffing, polishing to match the surafce smooth, shining and uniform complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for periodical maintenance of existing (old) stainless steel of post & railing of any size/any description of hand rails/ladders etc with emery paper, tack powder, soft cloths etc, for cleaning the stain marks/scaling on the exposed surfaces of SS pipes and buffing with hand machine etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete including removing all rubbish outside Dockyard permises complete all as specified and directed.all as specified and directed (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition).

M&L RCC (design mix) M-40 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slab, supported on walls, beams, columns in floors, roofs, landing, shelves etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing or similar work not. exc. 200 mm thick horizontal or sloping complete all as specified and directed as in fair finished surfaces.

M&L MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia as reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L M.S. TMT bars 5 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia as in stirrups spaces, binders etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for chipping (20mm to 50mm) of existing damaged, crakced, spalled & loose portion of concrete of the RCC members completely till the reinforcement is exposed and sound concrete is observed by using mechanical means and manual chisels and further the surface is cleaned with water jet, again clean the surface with blower to remove all loose fine particles present in the surfaces and making good the corrogated reinforcement by providing reinforcement / welded steel wire fabric for strenthening the structure by welding or tying with MS wire (anealled ) not less than 0.90mm dia where required and removing of dust and loose particles complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Reinforcement / welded steel wire fabric shall be measured and paid seperately as "supply only rate" under respective items in this schedule.

M&L for preparation of rusted surafaces of steel reinforcement with metal wire brush for cleaning the surfaces free from loose rust and applying of rust remover cum passivator with brush to the rusted reinforcement, and removing rust as flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush / sand paper and thoroughly washed the surfaces with the help of water pressure jet and allowing the cleaned surfaces completely to dry completeiy, applyingtwo coats of zinc anti-rust agent as per manufacturer's method of application to reinforcement bar corrosion protection system to old reinforcement of make Fosroc or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.( Area of cleaned reinforcement steel bar shall only be measured for payment).

Supply only welded steel wire fabric exc 3 Kg / Sqm not exceeding 4 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only deformed or twtisted reinforcement bar of any dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour applying a coat of Polymer modified cementious bonding coat on the concrete surfaces with one part of Styrene Butadiene Rubber latex emulsion (SBR latex) manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch with four parts of water and six parts of cement by weight. Coverage of SBR latex-0.25Ltr / sqm for one coat complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 40 mm thick gunniting by chemical mortar prepared by Renderoc DS40 manufactured by Fosroc or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. / M/S Mapei Const Product India Pvt Ltd. / M/S THermax Ltd / M/S STP / M/S Dr Sunanada / M/S BASF or any other approved manufacturer of E-in-C's branch mixed with 6 mm down graded crushed stone aggregate on prepared concrete surfaces complete all as per manufacture's instruction & as directed.. ( Note :- 25 kg Renderoc DS40 mixed with 12.5 kg of 6 mm downgraded crushed stone aggregate shall be mixed)

Material & labour for 20 mm thick gunniting by chemical mortar prepared by Renderoc DS40 manufactured by Fosroc or equivalent in M/S Sika India Pvt. Ltd. / M / S Choksey Chemicals Pvt. M & L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.
