Rendering Services for operation/ effective functioning and upkeeping of (3AC) central AC plant 150 TR capacity with stand by DG set 380 KVA and indoor substation with 500 KVA transformer and VCB of 400 Amp capacity, AC plant comprising of 3 Nos compressor unit each not less than 75 Ton two units to work at a time one unit as relief cum standby, condensor and chillers water pump sets, cooling towers two nos, control panels, make up tank, chiller water line, AHU and connected ducting system in each building for storage accn Msl shed 1 to 5 of 2 AC and 3 AC inside depot area in three shift per day (01 skilled operator in each shift of 8 Hrs) to maintain the desired inside condition of sheds, and maintain record of daily operation and upkeeping works all as directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note: The operator will be responsible for running of fire fighting installations at 3 AC area including six nos centrifugal/submersible pumps sets of any capacity including running of shallow well submersible pump sets for fire fighting sump as and when required. The operator will also be responsible for checking of fire hydrants with users with proper supply of water to fire hydrants in 2 AC,3 AC area.(3 AC ,AC Plant)

Rendering Services for operation/ effective functioning and upkeeping of (4AC) central AC plant 200 TR capacity with stand by DG set 500 KVA and indoor substation with 630 KVA transformer and VCB of 400 Amp capacity, AC plant comprising of 3 Nos compressor unit each not less than 100 Ton two units to work at a time one unit as relief cum standby, condensor and chillers water pump sets, cooling towers two nos, control panels, make up tank, chiller water line, AHU and connected ducting system in each building for storage accn Msl shed 6 to 9 of 3 AC inside depot area in three shift per day (01 skilled operator in each shift of 8 Hrs) to maintain the desired inside condition of sheds, and maintain record of daily operation and upkeeping works all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.(4 AC, AC Plant),

Rendering Services for operation/ effective functioning and upkeeping of air cooled central AC plant 60 TR capacity at (5AC) with stand by DG set 60 KVA and indoor substation with 250 KVA transformer and VCB of 400 Amp capacity, AC plant comprising of 3 Nos compressor unit each not less than 30 Ton two units to work at a time one unit as relief cum standby, condensor and chillers water pump sets, control panels, chiller water line, AHU and connected ducting system in each building for 5 AC inside depot area in three shift per day (01 skilled operator in each shift of 8 Hrs) to maintain the desired inside condition of sheds, and maintain record of daily operation and upkeeping works all as directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note:- The operator will be responsible for running fire fighting installation at 5AC and responsible checking of fire hydrant with user with proper supply of water to fire hydrants.

Rendering Services for operation/ effective functioning & up keeping of Central AC plant 60 TR capacity with stand by DG set 160 KVA & in door substation with 250 KVA transformer, comprising of 03 Nos chiller unit each not less than 30 TR two units to work at a time one unit relief cum standby, condensers & chilled water pumps, cooling towers, control panels & wiring, makeup tanks, chilled water lines, AHU & connected ducting system in each buildings in storage accn of NBC shed in ABOD inside depot in three shift per day (Each shift of 08 hours duration) to maintain the desired inside condition (i.e. Dry Bulb Temp 20+5 & Relative humidity 70+10%) insist of outside conditions as per design of Ari conditioned building, security thereof round the clock including maintain records of daily operation & up keeping works all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Note for item No 1 to 4 :-

Cleaning of complete AC plant i.e cleaning of chiller unit, pump, motor and pipe lines, electric panels board surrounding area of plant daily and cleaning of complete AHU room, cleaning of supply and return grill, cleaning of cooling tower (on monthly basis).

Monitoring and controlling of all refrigent control system to achieve desired inside temperature and pressure of water and refrigerent gas.

Monitoring and operation of all AHU connected with AC plant.

Promptly attending and rectification of fault/breakdown inside and outside of AC plant as and when occurs and same shall be intimate to JE/AGE Concern..

Security of installation round the clock.

Maintaining records for temperature, pressure and humidity etc all as directed.

Unserviseability of any part/plant will be reported immediately to JE E/M or Engr-in-charge.

Contractor should provide uniform and shoes twice during the contract to the employees.

Contractor quoted rates are deemed to incl torches, safety equipments , measuring tools, trademan tools as per site requirements.

The contractor shall submit the EPF, ESI of all operator as per HQ E-in-C's Branch policy.

The Contractor should maintain the Attendance register, wages register, duty roster and bank statement and submit to office as an when required. Otherwise at the time of each RAR.

The Contractor Handover following tools at Each installation during contract period. (i) Adjustable spinner-01 No (ii) Pipe wrench of size 12" -01 No (iii) Hammer-01 No (iv) Toarch-01No (v) All cleaning material and PVC pipe for guarding.

Recovery (i) Operator Absent from Duty on amount equal to double the rate quoted for shift per person (ii) Operator without uniform on duty Rs 500/- per person (iii) Non cleaning of Installation and surrounding Rs 500/- Per Installation (iv) The contractor should take the approval for main power staff from GE and submit all the document with police verification. Further process the passes to FA section and liaised with FA section for issuing passes also time to time renew the passes.
