OD304934/2024-2025:Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of open well 15 HP submersible pump set having a discharge of 7500 LPH at head of 282 mtrs with suitable impeller,strainer on suction side etc. on three phase 415 V 50 Hz AC supply in existing open well including submersible cable joint connection to existing delivery line,including fixing 10 mtr long 10 mm dia SS pump lifting rope with suitable clamp made out of 60*10 mm MS flat iron etc.complete as required.(make Deccan 15KG2M/Model 16 stage three phase open well pump set,pipe size 50 mm dia.,Max Head 314 mtr.

2.1.3:Providing and fixing following capacity TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.100 Amp TP&N

90.6.6.5:Supply and drawing FRLS PVC insulated & sheathed 650/1100 V grade 3 core copper conductor flat cable for submersible pump motor conforming to IS 694 part I 1990 as required including giving necessary connections of the following sizes.10 sq mm

90.12.24.4:Supply of superior quality copper tubular cable socket and making core termination of cables of the following sizes including crimping etc. as required.10 sq mm

2.15.3:Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, (three phase and neutral), 415 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current upto 300 milliamperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.63 amps

90.14.1.2:Fabrication, supply, conveyance, installation testing and commissioning of floor or wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type MV panel board comprising of the following components/ devices & complying to IS 8623.<br> Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments will be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc.Supply and fabrication of MV panel board using 1.6mm CRCA sheet, powder coated (excluding base frame)
