Re excavation of Water Detention Structure Namely Puratan Sahebkhali Mahajonpara Khal at Mouza Sahebkhali GP Dulduli Mouza Sahebkhali JLNo 19 PlotNo 572 Block Hingalganj under Barasat AI Division under JALATIRTHA Phase XI Program for the FY 25 26

Part-A : Earth work :- Bailing out water by pump including all leads and lifts and including making all arrangements for disposal, where continuous flow or seepage of water is encountered and rating of pumps and hours of operation is specifically ascertained as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Cutting uprooting and clearing jungles including shrubs, water weeds, bushes, trees, plants, upto 30 cm. girth including removing as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting, uprooting of roots & stumps of trees of different girth upto 1 meter depth below ground level or bed level & filling the rootholes by soil and removal of branches, roots & stumps etc. including carriage and stacking as per instruction of the Engineer-in-charge (Measurement of girth at breast height of 90 cm) a) Bamboo cluster (each cluster to be measured seperately) / Tea bushes.

Excavation in ordinary soil / mixed soil i.e. clay mixed with moorun , kankar, pebbles / silt dry or moist / slushy silt / sticky soil for WDS / WHS / RESERVOIR / SFMIS etc with hydraulic excavator of required bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and cross section and transporting to embankment/ disposal site within all lifts and lead upto 1500 m including spreading , leveliing disposed spoils at disposed area. ( mode of measurement : pre work and post worl) a) For Excavation of Canal

Dressing and chilchalling flanks or slope of embankment including filling with earth or cutting upto 150 mm. average thickness and ramming properly after sprinkling water.

Supplying, dressing and stacking at site bamboo pins above 5 cm. diameter and upto 7.5 cm. diameter. (Dia. To be measured at mid length)

Driving bamboo pins where boats are not necessary.

Supply of empty cement polythene bags in good condition

Labour charges for filling empty cement gunny bag / polythene bag (capacity 50 kg) with all kinds of earth (wet or dry), sand or agreegates(stone / brick) and sewing as done in case of cement bags ,( tying with a knot after filling will not be accepted ) , and stacking within a lead of 30 metre as per direction of Engr-in-charge (cost is excluding the cost of any types of filling materials). NB:- Volume of earth/ sand filled bags should not be less than 0.028cum/ bag

Supplying, fitting, fixing with iron nails half split bamboo wailing pieses (av. dia. of bamboo not less than 50 mm.)

Clearing and removing water hyacinth including weeds, thick and throny floating jungles and burninig them to ashes when dry or removing them outside Government land including all leads and lifts to stack in a nearby available space complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing including transportation of sign board for identifying the exact location of MINI RLI scheme (one at road side and other at site) the board will be made 3 mm thick MS plate of size 300 mm x 600 mm and fitted and fixed on 50 mm GI Pipe of IS 1239/90 (part-1) including cutting, welding and writting of both sides of Sign board. Base - Yellow, and words - Red. Both bottom end of the stands pipe will be grouted in 1:2:4 CC on a single brick flat soling. This will include one materials and labour complete as per drawing and direction of E.I.C.

Part- B: Construction of Inlet/Outlet structure :- Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in gound floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety.

laying of RCC Spun Pipe of NP2 category with collar joint for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing with cement mortar 1:2 as per Technical Specification Clause 1106 for Rural Roads of MORD. (D) 600 mm dia

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) (a) In foundation and plinth .

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] With 1:4 cement mortar. 20 mm thick plaster, in ground floor

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall, dado, window, sills, floor, drain etc. NOTE : Cement 0.152 cu.m. per 100 sq.m.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work). (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Supply of NP-2 Class 600 mm bore dia. R.C.C. Spun Pipe of Length 2.50 metre, thickness 45 mm with matching Collar as per IS: 458/ 1988 with latest ammendment thereof including all taxes and transportation cost etc.

Campaigning in the command area of one no WHT/ WHR/ RWHT/ WDS Sub-project by community workers for mass awareness capacity building to achieve sustainability of Sub-projects. Cost include wage payment to community workers, transportaton, leaflet etc.

Meeting Cost for WUA formation, cost including Refreshment, training materials, transport local conveyance, wage payment to community worker, remuneration to resource person and incidental charges

Registration Cost for WUA under suitable act ( Society ) deed writing including registration charge, conveyance cost & opening of Bank A/C etc.

Livelyhood plan / Micro plan formulation cost for minor irrigation scheme, cost including refreshment, training materials, transport loca conveyance, wage payment to community worker, remuneration to resource person and incidental charge ( rate on meeting )

Meeting and onsite demonstration for operation & maintenance of Scheme, water manangement and mode of collection of water tax, building of corpus fund etc

IEC Materials ( Leaflet, poster, notebook )= 8 meetings, for SL - 2 and SL- 4

Documentation Cost for activities of WUA Scheme by Still photography, report booklet etc in both hard and soft copy.

Impact study & monitoring of scheme by site visit of 2 Community workers during 3 years' period

Extra carriage of materials by cart/boat/head load besides initial transport of construction materials by truck (from road to work site) 4 % of It.No. from 01 to 21 except It. No. 4 ,13 &20.
