Make: Danfoss Scrool Model: SM 185 or its Equivalent Copland Scrool.

Disconnection and Removing the existing burnt / unserviceable scroll compressor unit of capacity 5.5 TR from packager type A/C plant and replacing the same with new sealed compressor unit including necessary welding / brazing, pressure testing with dry nitrogen, vacumising and charging with refrigerant R-22 after ensuring leak proof condition and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:-Copland Scrool, Danfoss Scrool.

All as per item No 28 here in above but of capacity 9.7 TR, 3 Phase, 50 Hz.

Disconnecting and Removing the unserviceable thermal over load relay from LT Panel of central AC Plant and S&F new over load relay 3 Phase, 14-23 A, Range 440 V of suitable for the existing load complete all as specified and as directed. Make: L&T : Model : MN2 Cat No: SS94144OODO or its Equivalent in Seimens / Crompton.

Disconnecting and Removing the unserviceable electronic timer from LT Panel of central AC Plant and S&F new electronic timer having time delay 12 to 120 Sec from star to delta conversion, 3 Phase, 440 V, 50 Hz complete all as specified and as directed. Make: L&T : Model : ST 100 or its Equivalent in Minilec / GE / C&S.

Disconnecting and Removing the unserviceable MCB from LT Panel S&F MCB 3 Pole, Current rating 40 A, 415 V, 50 Hz and breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed. Make: L&T Cat No: BB30400B or its Equivalent in Seimens / ABB.

All as per item No 43 here in above but of capacity 63 A.

Disconnecting and Removing the Shaft and bearing from the AHU Unit from Central AC Plant of capacity (2 x 33 TR) M&L for new shaft and bearing and make the proper alignment between the motor Shaft and Blower unit of the AHU and refix the existing V-Belt for proper Mechanical coupling and to reduce the osciliations AHU and to improve the system stability complete all as specified and as directed.
