Amount

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of the foundation work. (CSI No. 4.01)

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits, not exceeding 0.5M in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm layers, including ramming & dressing the surface to reqd. levels and slopes. (CSI No. 4.03)

Concrete with 4cm gauge stone ballast, coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation & under floors including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. complete. (CSI no. 5.04a)

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetations, grass, bush, wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1.0m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of UPPCL area cleared. (CSI No. 4.08)

Coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and cruhed stone aggregate 20mm (60%) and 10mm (40%) nominal size but excluding the cost of reinforcement steel which shall be measured separately concrete shall be mechanically mixed place in well steining and compacted with needle vibrator complete as per drwaing and technical specification including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work (NSI Based on MORTH Data Book IRC SI No. 12.11 B-III Page No. 352 & Page No. 336. Providing Fabricating and laying cutting edge made out of MS Angle & plates including cutting, bending, moulding making holes joining in rquired shapes, Welding as per approved Drawing and technical specification for well foundation and erecting in position including cost of all material, labour, & T&P etc. required for successful completion of the work as directed by E/I (NSI Based on MORTH data book item No. 12.10 pages-350 (NSI Approved by SE, ECTC, Lko. )

Sinking of 6.0 m external diameter well throught all kind of strata such as sand, clay, silt in alluvial soil mixed samll kankar (Bajri) rock etc. by dredging out the muck with suitable devices and loading the well for further sinking where well is not sinking under its self weight, also emgaging all limits to control the tilt and swift within the permissible limits (max tilt 1 in 8 and max. swift of 150 mm in resultant direction) any change in actual tilt and swift may necessiate change in the design of well and cantilever etc and any extra cost on this account shall have to be brone by the contractor, as directed by E/I including cost of all material, labour, T&P Machinery etc. required for proper completion of the work (Depth of sinkingis to recokned from the bed level.
