The certificate should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent

The certificate should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.

RequiredTenderer should submit a Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 12.60 Lakhs Credit lines/ letters of credit/ Certificates from Nationalized Banks for meeting the Fund requirement etc. Conditional Banker Certificates are not accepted

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2025-26
