60.1.1 RING BUND Type-I-Putting up ring bund as per approved shape 2.5m bottom width, 1m top width using empty gunny/polythene bags filled with earth placed in 2 rows at 0.6m apart and filled in between with puddle clay to form bund for an average height 2.00m including labour dismantling the bund after completion of the work etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

60.2.4 BAILING OUT WATER USING PUMP ABOVE 10HP AND UP TO 20HP - Bailing out water with engine and pump set above 10HP and up to 20HP, including conveyance to site and erection, cost of fuel, lubrication oil and other stores, pay of staff etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

od23975/2021_2022/IA Providing temporary Z steel sheet pile of size 400x185x7.5/8.5 mm driving down vertically in lines and levels interlocking with adjacent piles with suitable pile driving unit upto required depth and all accessories including all labour, hire charges etc. complete for protection of adjacent structures and road and removing the same after work as per the directions of departmental officers at site.(measurements will be for depth of excavation only)

15.3 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead etc complete as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, with all lead & lift, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed etc, complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

60.7.2 DR PACKING under foundation _ Dry stone packing under foundation with good quality blasted rubble including conveyance of material and labour charges etc. complete as per direction of Departmental officers at site

4.1.5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

4.1.8 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size) as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

4.3.1 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Foundations, footings, bases for columns as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

5.22.6 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth levelThermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix (cement content shouldnot be less than 330kg/cum.), including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer - in-charge. All work upto plinth level.

5.1.2. Providing and laying in position specefied grade of Reinforced cement concrete work excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement all work upto plinth level :1:1.5:3( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

60.6 PVC WEEP HOLES- Providing weep holes using 75mm dia. PVC pipes working pressure 4kg /sq.cm including cost of materials, conveyance, labour charges etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site..

od23978/2021_2022/IA Conveying the spoil/debris /unservisable materials obtained from site time to time and disposing at Brahmapuram waste plant (Avg. distance of 15 km) by lorry or by any other suitable means including charges for loading from canal site and unloading at dumping yard without any nuisance to public etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

2.25 filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of the foundations e.t.c in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, with all lead and lift etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

16.69 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) , including making joints with or without grooves ( thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge ( length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment ). ( Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge before execution.)

Preparation and consolidation of subgrade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidatinng with road roller including making good the undulations e.t.c and re rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with all lead as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

16.78.3 Construction of granular sub- base by Providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, Carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in- Charge.With material conforming to Grade - III ( size range 26.5 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value - 20

16.91.2 Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength,thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid inrequired colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting andproper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layerthrough vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand andcutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweepingextra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern shall be approved by Engineer in charge before execution)

19.15.1 Providing M.S. foot rests including fixing in manholes with 20x20x10 cm cement concrete blocks 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per standard design.With 20x20 mm square bar etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers at site.

19.18.3 Supplying and fixing C.I cover with out frame for manholes:560 mm diameter ( heavy duty) the weight of the cover to be not less than 108 kg

10.25.2 steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel e.t.c as required as per the direction of departmental officers at site - In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, brackets, gates
