12 Applying two coats of putty & two coats of primer of
approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface to give

papered smooth.
13 Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint on
wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade
after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and 3143.82 Sqm 114.53
remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete
14 Providing and fixing MS Gate of required pattern for
compound wall prepared with required spacing and
necessary hold fastners including ornamental grils Coated 9.36 Sqm 7976.35
with Two coats oil paint applying as per detailed
Specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
15 Providing and fixing fencing including 0.6 metre long, MS
angle posts 50 mmx50 mm x 6 mm weight per mt length
kg & 3 lines of galvanized steel barbed wire weighing
kg. per 100 m. stained and fixed to posts with G.I. staples
including fixing the position etc. completed as directed by
engineer incharge.

The Contractor shall exhibit a board with brief details of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge for which no
extra payment shall be made.
2 The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.
3 GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills
In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per Govt. G.R. NO.:
MIS102010/17/K1 Dated:30/07/2018 as stated in S.O.R. therefore in R.C.C. items where there is a change as per
actual mix design the cost of difference of cement consumption have been deducted from the rate of original item
at the rate of input rate mentioned in all the tender.
The Contractor shall examine the Special Conditions in detail and ensure that all quoted rates fully reflect the
requirements stipulated therein.
