Re-wiring and Renovation of 16 Nos of Guest Rooms in Ambalamedu House at FACT CD, Ambalamedu.

Dismantling/disconnection of existing electrics including light fittings, fans, switch boards, telephone cables, wires etc from the conference hall. The disconnected and dismantled materials shall be transported to the electrical workshop - PH1.

Supply of 650/1100V, PVC insulated, FRLS ISI marked ,multi stranded 1.5 sq.mm copper red/yellow/blue/black/green wires. Acceptable makes: Finolex, RR kabel, Polycab, Traco,KEI

Supply of 650/1100V, PVC insulated, FRLS ISI marked ,multi stranded 2.5 sq.mm copper red/yellow/blue/black/green wires. Acceptable makes: Finolex, RR kabel, Polycab, Traco,KEI

Supply of 19/20mm medium type ivory coloured rigid ISI marked PVC electrical conduit with all accessories such as junction boxes, couplers, bends, tee, elbow, G.I/PVC saddles, screws,wall/ceiling plugs etc. required for the surface conduit wiring.

Installation of 1.5 sqmm copper wires. The installation scope shall include drawing of cables through rigid PVC conduits from switch board/JBs to light fittings/fan/plug points/junction boxes and termination of cables at the above points. Cables shall be jointed or tapped only at the junction box/switch boards. Care should be taken to see that not more than 6 cables are taken through a single conduit. The cables used for wiring circuit shall be standard colour pattern/ according to direction of site incharge.

Installation of 2.5 sqmm copper wires. The installation scope shall include drawing of cables through rigid PVC conduits from switch board/JBs to light fittings/fan/plug points/junction boxes and termination of cables at the above points. Cables shall be jointed or tapped only at the junction box/switch boards. Care should be taken to see that not more than 6 cables are taken through a single conduit. The cables used for wiring circuit shall be standard colour pattern/ according to direction of site incharge.

Installation of 19/20mm rigid PVC conduit wiring system. The installation scope shall include fixing of PVC conduits and its accessories to the walls / ceilings /columns etc. and neatly clamping at a uniform spacing of 450mm using GI saddles, tagging, drilling holes, minor civil work etc.Suitable sized junction boxes shall be provided at regular intervals. The materials required for the installation such as PVC saddles, screws, nuts and bolts, PVC Sbend, junction boxes etc shall be supplied by the contractor. The erection scope shall include, drilling holes, chipping ,plastering, minor civil works etc.

Installation of 19/20mm PVC concealed conduit wiring system. The installation scope shall include cutting/chipping of brick/concrete wall/floor, removal of existing GI conduits, fixing of PVC conduits and its accessories, plastering the walls / floors/ceilings /columns etc. The materials required for the work including nails, PVC bend,junction boxes, cement, sand etc are under the scope of contractor.

Supply of DB (Double door IP52 or above) with accessories as per the following details Type: Surface mounting , Double door 3phase, 4 way Protection: IP52 or above Incomer: 40 A,4P,MCB isolator + 40A,30ma RCCB -1No. Outgoing 6A,1P,MCB(class B) -12nos. Busbar: 63/phase, fully insulated. Make: Legrand /equivalent
