M&L for application of Silicon waterfroofing adhesive to stop leakage/seepage on roof of GI/AC corrugated or plain sheet at any height and slope up to four story buildings up to four storied bldgs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugatged steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa it shall be coated with hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium 43.5% Zinc 1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surfaces @ 150 gm /sqm of coating (total both surfaces) as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws neeoprene and EPDM washers complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with perforated 12mm thick micro tegular edged GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRCO.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter- locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main- T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L- shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1;3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similar places and finishing the surface even & smooth with out using extra cement including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meter and every change of direction and filling the same with mixture of bitumen & sand in ratio (1:1) by weight including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing 100mm thick PCC (cement concrete) 1:3:6 etc type C-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) in subbase for laying floor finishest complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glossy finish rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tile 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid Ceramic tiles,first quality( of approved class , colour and design/ shade ) 6 to 7 mm thick( square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floor surface etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles over and including 15 mm Screed bed in CM 1: 6 with complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles first quality (of approved class, colour and design/shade) 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) as in skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match,over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4),with complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles, first quality (or approved class, colour and design/shade) of size 300x200x7mm/ 350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick in vertical surfaces, as in dado/skirting etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L vitrified coloured tiles 10 mm thick light shade (square/rectangular) as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry area of each tiles exceeding 0.42sqm but not exceeding 1.00sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes with complete all as specified and directed.

M&L vitrified coloured tiles 10 mm thick dark shade (square/rectangular) as in skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match,over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plat forms and like bedded in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick masonry/ concrete surface on wall with using liquid water proofing compound and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified an directed.
